It was very clean and for a nearby business telling us not to stay in Montgomery. It was a nice area and we felt very comfortable.

Like the hotel, staff and the pool

The fact that it doesn't matter if you make reservations, confirm through the front desk or pay in advance. When you get there, you get what they have - no need to put in a special request, because it will not be accomodated.

Nothing. One of the reception people did not know where the ice machine was. Not a big deal. Left or right down that hall . . . .

Interior design of hotel and room was comfortable, modern and inviting. Rooms were impeccable. Staff was courteous and cooperative. I was returning my dsughter to college. The college was a half-hour from the hotel and the hotel was half-way between the college and the storage facility. The staff was more than gracious when I needed extra time to move her things before checking out. Hotel is situated within walking distance of a fabulous mall.

We loved the mattresses on the beds, so comfy, and we also enjoyed the saline pool and jacuzzi. I was interested in checking out the fire pit but it was too hot for this trip. Hoping to next time.

I was a little disappointed that there were no biscuits at the breakfast other than the premade ones that needed to be put in the microwave.

Our stay was fine. The staff was so nice! The only downside was that the pool was not heated. We have small children and they were somewhat uncomfortable in the pool.

The staff were excellent led by their manageress Jessica. Could not fault them. In fact I couldn't find any faults. The breakfast was plentiful and varied. The rooms spotless and the maids helpful and friendly.
