I couldn't tell anything bad, honestly. I think this hotel is a wonderful option.
The hotel is placed in a discreet and relatively quiet street between 5th Avenue and the Avenue of the Americas. After a few days walking and visiting the different areas and neighbourhoods of Manhattan, I can't think of a better location, the hotel is SO close to the Empire State, Chrysler, Rockefeller Center, Flatiron...and all the rest of iconic NYC buildings...10-minute walk to Times Square and Penn Station, 20-minute walk to Central Park and MoMA. Besides, the hotel offered a lot of great things: our room was quite big and bright, and the window isolated us completely from the possible noises outside, so we had a perfect sleep. The beds were very comfortable, and everything seemed really clean and tidy. The bathroom included all the basic appliances and features, and both the shower and the toilet worked perfectly. Big flat-screen TV and radio clock. Breakfast was also very good: scrambled eggs, bacon or sausage, cereals, fruits, juices, yoghurts, different kinds of bread -bagels, toast, pita-like- etc. The staff was also very kind.
