restaurants and public transportation practically at doorstep; delicious free hot breakfast in comfortable dining area; friendly, courteous staff funny smell sometimes in the room - like mold/mildew, but cleared up when patio door was open; somewhat noisy mini-refrigerator, but stopped when dial was turned lower.

I liked the terrace area with the two chairs and the brightness of the room beds comfortable . Liked having the variety of the surrounding eateries it was convienent. Enjoyed the stay ... We where there for a hair show at convention center It was great no complaints ...

The Fairfield Inn was very clean & quiet. It's located right by the airport. We were there only 1 night and flying out the next day so it was very convenient for us. If you have a car the Great Mall is about 10 km away.

Staff was great. Great location. Great pool and spa. Good breakfast. They could of had some wine, water and snacks in the evening to purchase.

Very good breakfast. I didn't like the different level of treatment for their customers. No free bottle of water at check-in and no bagged breakfast when we left early for our flight. The driver was called back and got a breakfast package for another couple in our shuttle for the airport. The front desk staff were aware of our early departure when we ordered the 6:30 shuttle on a Sunday. We stayed 3 nights and were asked if we were Marriott club member, but did not offer to sign us up.

Great location and easy to find-right off the freeway. Clean comfy bed. The courtyard and pool area was very nice.

The room was ready and clean. I like having the small fridge and microwave. Complimentary continental breakfast had a fair offering and plenty of coffee. Unhappy with the business/accounting and very unhappy with the verbal and uncomfortable/unproffesional treatment of my guest.

Breakfast bar understaffed. Did not keep up with crowd. My rate was $208. They placed a $280 charge on my credit card. When I complained they told me it was their policy to have a margin in case I used the phone or watched a movie. Creates a real accounting nightmear for me. Was not told of this policy at time of check in. The magnetic key kept failing. Had to have it replaced 3 times.
