We arrived almost midnight and the staff was courteous and checked us in quickly. The room was clean & near the hardrock casino & Busch gardens This is an older hotel that can use updating. We arrived back to our room around 4am to sleep & we could hear our partying neighbors through the walls luckily we were very tired & fell right asleep. The "hot" breakfast was a disappointment only a waffle we had to make ourselves everything else your standard cereal, milk, yogurt, juice, etc...

My husband and I stayed at the Fairfield Inn for 10 days over the Christmas holidays. We chose Fairfield Inn as it was only a 15 minute drive away from our daughter's home. Our Grandsons really enjoyed the pool. We had a pleasant, relaxing stay. Near the end of our stay the air conditioning would cut out. As it was the winter season this was not really a problem. We just opened a window.

The staff was helpful & friendly The hotel needs a major renovation, old, worn carpets, not very clean, I found hair in the shower that was not mine, yuck!

Free Wifi, beds were comfortable, good location, front desk staff very nice and helpful, other guests were nice, quiet area No frigerator in rooms. cleaning staff kept calling & knocking on doors at 8 & 9 in the morning to try & clean the rooms & get us out when it wasn't time to check out.

Convenience to where we needed to be The curtains were not room darkening. As soon as the sun came up the room was lit up. We do like to sleep in

Located near where I needed to be. There should be a red flag on hotels regarding how close they are to police and fire departments. This one was less than a block from a fire house so when a call comes in the sirens blare. I've also noticed using these services hotels tend to put its bargain hunters in rooms over the entrance or pool or outside bar which makes for a noisy stay. There was mold in the bathroom shower of room 222. I brought it to the attention of the clerk upon leaving because it seem to get worse by the day.
