Decent accommodations and convenient to freeway
Way overpriced! Payed 5 star price for a 3 star hotel
I liked the room it had alot of space and nice comfy bed and nice little office
I was laying down and the cleaning lady knocked on my door and before i could tell her dont mind me she left and after that my room was never cleaned.
The staff was kind. They made breakfast even though we were late. They were extremely helpful.
The room was smaller than I thought. The beds were hard. The pillows were too mushy. Not enough pillows. I didn't sleep for three days.
Seemed to be very overpriced.
Buffet was good
Pool was closed
the general building and rooms were clean.Beds were comfortable
We were there for a wrestling tournament, needed breakfast in the morning but they didnt open start serving till 7, we had to be at the tournament by then so we had to stop and buy breakfast, Way over priced for what we did get. No fridge in the room, no microwave.
The shower was amazing.
It's way too expensive, the rooms are clean but too small for that price.
The hotel overall had a nice look, the rooms looked modern. Food and grocery stores nearby.
Where to begin? It started at check-in. The staff was obviously annoyed that they had to deal with customers and could not carry on chatting amongst themselves. Quite an unusual experience for the US and quite unpleasant. Simple questions were very brusquely brushed away. At breakfast, one waffle iron looked rather messed up with sticky waffle dough. Asking the kitchen staff for some support, all they said was "we are out of the spray stuff" and ignored the rest. The waffle irons were in operation again the next day with the same effect. Finally, the pricing - honestly? Of course, Carlsbad Caverns NP is close by, but there is nothing else there - this was by far the most expensive hotel on our trip (for a double queen), and we have also stayed in 3-room suites in other locations for less. The price is by no means justified. It's a quite ordinary Inn with grumpy staff.
Bed was incredibly comfortable. And breakfast buffet was excellent. Great choices. Lots of fruit and protein choices. Decor was comforting and modern.
