Fairfield Inn and Suites Sacramento Airport Natomas    

The staff are friendly and helpful. Check-in and Check-out were both very well handled. The room was clean and had everything we needed for our stay. The breakfast that was provided was excellent with plenty of choices. This is our favorite place to stay in the Sacramento Area .

Yes, we were very pleased with our stay. The shuttle to the airport was extremely heplful and having limited breakfast was perfect for our very early morning departure.

The location is convenient for us.The hotel provides a breakfast as part of the package. The staff is very helpful and accomodating. The room we stayed in was clean and well-kept. This was our 4th time staying in this hotel. We will stay there again if we are in the area. They have a very good restaurant right across the street that is a favorite of ours.

We were in town for a volleyball tournament. The staff was so nice all shifts and knowledgeable. I forgot a few things and had questions. They never seemed put out. Great experience.

Very slow check in process, then the room key was not activated and had to go back to the desk again.

It felt clean and the room was spacious enough.

It was difficult to adjust the room temperature. Heater on was too warm and off was too cold although we tried to adjust the temperature reading. Asked for an extra blanket, but there was none. We were given two different sizes of mattress pads for a blanket. The coffee in the breakfast room was not hot.Other food was okay.

This is our third stay at this Inn. It's location near the college where my husband is attending business trainings is convenient. The front desk staff are friendly and accomodating allowing me to check in early if there is a room ready. Breakfast with a variety of choices is included at no extra charge. The rooms we have stayed in have been clean and well- stocked. We will stay there again when we are in that area either for business or pleasure.

Everything was satisfactory.

the room was gorgeous. Very comfortable bed. We had a very early flight and had to leave the hotel at 4 am. I was so excited to see they had the continental buffet up by 3:30. We were able to have cereal, toast and yogurt along with great coffee. I know they had more hot items later, but it was wonderful to get something before leaving for the airport. They even had some gluten free cereal options.

There was a little confusion at check in which took a while to fix. maybe need to look at the computer interface with booking.com.

This was a second visit to this Inn. We first stayed here in early August, 2012. Both of the check-in Staff were welcoming, friendly and thorough with the necessary information and check-in was easily done. This is a convenient place for us to stay as it is close to Alliant University where my husband's business workshops are being held. The room was clean and surrounding areas maintained well. The Inn also has a convenient breakfast with a variety of choices as part of the room amenities . The workshop was not over until late in the afternoon, and the Desk Staff told me a late checkout was available and I could stay in the room longer. I like the way we could make our own fresh waffles for breakfast and the breakfast facilities were quick and catered to every taste. The rooms were comfortable, spacious and quiet. All day and night coffee/tea facilities in the breakfast area. A lovely pool and outdoor whirlpoolspa was perfect for relaxing day or night. The location to Sacramento city and Arden shopping mall was perfect. A free shuttle to the airport completed the enjoyable stay.

Access to airport

It is a park-n-fly hotel, and had shuttle service to the airport. We left our car there while we vacationed in Hawaii. The staff was very nice, and the continental breakfast provided was very adequate and showed a quality I haven't seen in similar hotels. We would stay there again.

One negative is that the rooms on the back side of the building get traffic noise at night.

Convience to Sacramento International Airport

We stayed twice in the same week. Upon our return we phoned for shuttle to pick us up at airport. After waiting 45 minutes we called again and were told to take a taxi and Fairfield would pay. When we arrived at the hotel the shuttle was parked at the main entrance and no explaination was given for it not coming to the airport. The breakfast the next morning they were out of coffee so we took the shuttle to the airport and ate there.

The price was reasonable, my room was very comfortable and there was absolutely no noise. The Black Bear Cafe is deffinately a plus.

Beautiful hotel and many many extras, close to airport and other activities, great staff and excellent shuttle service to airport. I just loved it. Keep up the great work..
