Breakfast was really crowded and there was nowhere to microwave the oatmeal - horrors! This is not a big deal.

Friendly staff /clean rooms for a great price!

Our room was right next to stairwell and was very noisy. We couldnt get our fan to stay on for more than 30 seconds. The constant turn on/off kept us up and we really wanted that fan to cover up stairwell door banging.

Over all clean rooms, very friendly staff, very helpful with directions.

They allowed me to check in early.

The breakfast wasn't that good. Another person that stayed there had to leave at 7 and was at breakfast at 645 and they would not unlock the cooler that had the breakfast sandwiches milk and yogurt in it said that they could have what was out but they would not unlock it til 7. I thought it was rude.

The A/C/heat unit wasn't working so we called the front desk and maintenance came very quickly. Staff was very friendly.

One of the reasons we chose the hotel was the hot tub, but it was broken down the entire weekend. We requested a late check out, but were only given 1 extra hour in the room. I've never had a problem with a later check out (3 p.m.) at another hotel. Even after fixing the A/C/heat unit it was VERY loud when running.

Greated like an old friend at front door. Breakfast very nice. Comfy bed ---zzzzzzzzz.

Very much liked the fridge in the room as well as free wireless access. It was also nice to have a tv. I also liked the constant hot water and coffee downstairs and the attentive staff and manager. They do a great job there. The power went out and the staff handled it really well, I felt safe and comfortable. Thumbs up for that crew.

The power went out while I was there but the staff handled it really well. It would have been nice to have an alternative place to shower since other hotels had power, but I also understood about franchises. However, it seems in places with bad weather there should be some kind of back up plan if someone on a different transformer has power and that those with higher positions that the local staff should work that out for them - especially since they work so hard to do a good job. I was told its a regular occurrence 1 or 2 times a winter.

Room was clean and met my needs

Power went out around 12:30. I had to be at my meeting 7:30 am, therefore had no lights and barely able to see anything in the morning, let alone no use of water and resources. Did not get to utilize the cotinental breakfast. Room was cold without heat. The other thing was I was awoken at 2:30 by 2 females argueing in the next room for over 45 min. The phones were out and not able to connect with front desk. In the morning when I turned my key in I was told the manager would be emailing people with some possible accomodations due to these issues and have yet to receive an email.

Good friendly staff. The breakfast was good as well.

Arriving at night made it difficult to navigate the cul du sac of hotels that were located in the same vacinity.

نظافة شراسة الاسرة ممتاز لكن الاسرة متعبة بسبب قدم المرتبة فطور متواضع جداً خدمة الحقائب غير موجودة لم استطع الوصول للفندق بسهولة حتى باستخدام gbs الحي غير مسجل الفندق غير معروف عند السكان تم عدم احتساب مبلغ الليلة التي لم أنم بسبب تأخر الطيران والتعطيل في مطار دلاس معاملة ممتازة من مديرة الفندق ومن الاستقبال انصح بزيارة الفندق والنزول فيه فهو هادىء جداً

ذكرت أعلاه ما أعجبني وما لم يعجبني خاصة نوعية مراتب الاسرة قديمة ومؤلمة حمل الحقائب غير موجود

朝食が美味しかったです。　 部屋のクリーニングをしてくれた人が「Ａｎｎ　Ａｒｂｏｒにようこそ。楽しく過ごしてください。」とメモを残してくれたのが嬉しかったです。

会計でトラベラーズチェック（Ｔ／Ｃ）が使えないと言われました。Ａｎｎ　Ａｒｂｏｒのスーパーでも使えるのに、ホテルで使えないなんてなぜでしょう？？

Не понравилось все. Этот отель не соответствует уровню 3*. Это дешевый мотель. Мы забронировали этот отель на 8 ночей, но когда приехали и увидели, что это такое, то на следующий день уехали оттуда. Это наш первый опыт,когда booking.com так несерьезно отнесся к своим рекомендациям по выбору отеля. Кроме того, мы понесли непредвиденные расходы, связанные с аннулированием брони на эту "гостиницу", а так же с аннулированием аренды автомобиля у рекомендованной booking.com фирмы rentalcars.com

Clean, comfortable, friendly staff, good breakfast choices. We were there for our daughter's music audition and she was able to practice flute in the fitness room late hours and not bother anyone.

Longer drive than expected to North Campus of Ann Arbor Univ

The place is designed to meet basic needs--comfortable, well-supplied room, plenty of space to work, easy free internet access. The staff was extraordinary in professionalism, graciousness and responsiveness.

Quality of the breakfast was fair --mostly unhealthy food, tasteless coffee (although the hard-boiled eggs were a great idea!),gym is ok but very minimal with no space to do anything in it.
