Friendly/informative staff. Very comfortable beds and pillows. Great breakfast.

Absolutely nothing!

When we arrived the people were having party in the breakfast area so they moved us upstairs the room smelled so bad they put a fan in the room to draw out the smoke smell and when they removed the fan it was worse. On line they say u have microwave and refrig, when you get there you have neither when I asked I was told no they do'nt and yes they know the computer says they do but they don't period . I had to wash all my clothes when I got home. Our daughter is in college and we will find another place to stay and let all the family know about the place and also went to get breakfast had to ask for coffee and they had no fruit out

We liked the free breakfast and make your own waffles. The indoor swimming pool was great for the kids. Everything was very clean.

The room not having a refrigerator and the rooms could have bigger beds besides just doubles.

Cordial staff, quiet, comfortable beds, great breakfast! walking distance to several dinner restaurants.

Comfort and location

Initial room's window would not lock, room 105. Moved to another room where the window could be secured

Rooms are small. Pool was closed for maintenace. One of the elevators was out of service, but only created a few minor delays. Breakfast was lacking, microwave biscuits and waffle maker, no real protien.

You are hit with chlorine smell when you walk through the front door. The chlorine in the pool was burning everyones eyes, it was way too much. After a long drive, we were looking forward to letting the kids swim but they couldn't because of the chlorine.

The rate was the best I've ever had in Boone! And the room was very nice.

I honestly can't complain about anything regarding my stay It was very pleasant.

Breakfast was always good and no one seemed to mind that we had 3 small children with us! There seemed to be a lot of business people and older people! We had 1 issue with the people above us and the lady at the desk took care it! The beds were comfy and everyone working there was nice!

The pool wasn't heated. I assumed bc it was an indoor pool in the mountains that it would have been warm, bad assumption!!

Staff was polite and friendly. Check-in was quick. Breakfast was good. Price was excellent.

I know this sounds petty, but on a couple of nights the wind was howling and the chains and pulleys on the flagpoles clanged all night and was like a leaky faucet. I finally cut on the fan on the air conditioner to drone out the sound. A room on the back side of the hotel would have been quieter.

Rooms were a little on the small size for the price of $135.00 w/o tax, but were very clean and pleasant.
