The location is great! When I arrived to check in we walked in and there was a overpowering odor of deodorizer in the foyer and by the desk. The hotel just didn't have that cozy feeling when you walk in like some I have stayed in. I feel like attention should be given in the housekeeping department. Just some minor attention to detail in the housekeeping area. The main complaint is noise! I was awakened by the guy in the room beside us coughing. And upon checking out another couple had ask us about noise and stated they had moved from the 2nd floor to the 4th due to noise. I was told by the desk clerk that they were doing some renovations at the hotel. With that in mind I will probably give the Fairfield another chance after the renovations have been completed.

There was no microwave or frig in the room. They did put a frig in the room because my husband is diabetic and his insulin had to stay cold.

The breakfast was great,the lady working at the breakfast area was so nice and made sure everyone had everything we needed!! Rooms were very clean. Thanks for a great stay!!!!

Staff was very courteous and the breakfast was fantastic. Good location for us to get up to Tablerock and around in Branson. Elevator smelled like vomit and long waits to get up and down. Parking was sparse - we ended parking in the Walgreens lot next door as we arrived late in the evening. Overall it wasn't worth what we paid for the room.
