took over 20 minutes to check out and i was at the front of the line Desk clerk wasn't able to work the invoicing system I left with an invoice for 1 day only, several days later i still do not have the correct despite calling them. luckily for me my flight was delayed or it would have been an expensive hotel experience

The staff was excellent.. I loved the fact that they called the rooms after we settled to make sure all was ok.....a nice touch Not the easiest place to find and they evidently have four Marriott Fairfields...Possibly redesignating branding to make the distinction easier. I even noticed this when logging on to the internet...four Fairfields came up

Close to DFW airport. Staff friendly and efficient. Clean rooms, good continental breakfast. When my son who was with me had a medical emergency I called the desk early around 6:30 am. The response was quick and efficient, they had medics there surprisingly fast. They were sensitive to the situation and at a time that I needed support they were there. The young man that answered the phone that morning was such a blessing. If only all service providers had their heart in their job as he does we would all be safe and happy.

Very convenient. Very friendly staff who picked me up at the airport with a smile and carried my luggage. Newly renovated rooms that were very comfortable. Good value for the money. Nice breakfast included. Very good situation for a business traveler on a budget!

The facility was being remodeled in the part of the hotel next to the lobby. The woman on duty was absolutely terrific. Despite the horrible chemical smell emitted from the reconstruction, her friendly and accommodating attitude made the stay comfortable and pleasant. She worked the afternoon/evening of Saturday, June 9th when I arrived and made sure my room was in a quiet area away from the construction. She was great---wish I remembered her name. Hotel room was very clean and comfortable.

I had to stya overnight for airline travel arrangements only... Hte area has no food things if you arrive late. All hotels in one location.. But near airport fro a overnight stay to connect to airline reservations. Only reason for stopping there.. Hotels are huge.. And everywhere no where to have a meal or relax shell gas staion has fst food. Under construction in the lobby.. But staff was great and they allwed the early morning flight people to get something from the free breakfast area.very early in the morning whcih no hotel chain have every done in my other travels.

Room was very comfortable but the elevator was too small for the number of people there at the time we checked in. The hotel is going through renovations and the breakfast area was small and the meal provided very poor.
