Score from 201 reviews Very good
Very good quality motel near the interstate (even though it would be good to have more signs to reach the property).
Wifi keeps crashing. A bit far from central flagstaff (you cannot walk). Be aware that Flagstaff is not that near the grand canyon or sedona
The room was way too small
Priced very fairly, central to tourist areas we wished to visit, and next to a university offering far more metropolitan dining options than can be found elsewhere.
I think that this is a great value for the money.
The Fire Alarm went off very early in the am. Where were not notified by any staff of when it was acceptable to come inside again.
Clean room comfortable bed free breakfast of course nice weather
Restroom a little small but it worked
Room was nice, bed comfortable, lots of pillows, flat screen TV. Good breakfast selection and very good coffee.
Had to hold toilet handle down for toilet to flush.
Good value for money. Staff were friendly. Clean.
Small room for two double beds. King would have been better. Small bathroom. Breakfast wasn't much.
The room. It was clean.
The staff. Unfriendly and rude. I have worked in hotels for over 15 years. They would never be allowed to work for me. The breakfast was typical. However, crowded and breads were dry.
The helpfulness of the staff.
Comfortable and clean
Connecting to WiFi was a challenge. My tablet finally connected after getting assistance from the Front Desk personnel but my phone never did connect despite seeking assistance.
room bed very comfortable
Be sure to check out downtown Flagstaff for trendy places to eat & cute little shops. Staff was very friendly!
Friendly staff, conveniently located, breakfast being offered.
You could every footstep someone above you took. We had to call the front desk and complain because there was what sounded like someone jumping after 11 at night. You could hear the people above us using the restoom. Our room did not have a remote. Our children's room had cups of liquid in the refrigerator that was not theres. We could not have breakfast as there was not enough seating. Too small am area.
The staff was friendly, the room was great, clean and comfortable. The breakfast was adequate. Great value for the money spent!
I liked the comfortable beds and the free breakfast.Although I had issues with the restroom clogging I gotta say the room wss clean and comfortable.
The restroom was clogging, but I received a discount which was nice... and on the restroom floor there was a pubic hair.
wifi reception was not great
Staff was unfriendly.
The staff was friendly. Rooms were clean.
"King sized" bed (normally 80" wide) was 68" wide. Breakfast was sparse, muffins and cereal. I asked about the bacon and eggs advertised, and was told, "What's there is there." Not worth the extra money -- Could have stayed down the street for $20 less, slept in an actual king bed and bought a real breakfast.
Comfortable bed. Good Shower. Good flat screen TV. Great breakfast.
The shampoo and conditioner.
We loved Patrick at the front desk. We had a slight problem with our move, he gave us a new room and even turned on the heater so the room would be warm when we got there.
Thehotel was very friendly
The beds were uncomfortable and hard.
Liked the location to my business appointment as well as to restaurants and things to do on our downtime.
Bed was uncomforable and breakfast was OK. Eggs looked like dried eggs and there was no breakfast meat. Staff did keep the food and coffee coming as there was a large tour group in house as well as other guests.
Coffee urns galore no more. A few dingy ones available only for coffee. Breakfast at 8 and no food to eat. Restock was slow and of very little. Stiff sheets & thin bed cover led to cold night's sleep. Home baked cookies in lobby in the evenings used to be a plus, but those too are no more. Fairfield Inn.......come back!!!!
