Heat pump outside of our room 103 constantly went off and on all night. 10 second intervals. I got very little sleep. We talked to the girls re the situation and got a quick "oh sorry" and that was it. Good idea to not book that room until problem resolved. Probably won't stay at Fairfield again.
Proximity to great restaurant Friendly staff Good parking
Noisy fridge in the room made sleep a bit difficult
-Sound-proof rooms -Microwave and fridge in each room -Hot breakfast with SO many options -Nice staff -Overall, hotel was very nice and clean

location from the center of Flagstaff
Beds very uncomfortable. Heard everything from the room upstairs.
Location is very silent but close to important Highways and all Restaurants are only a few minutes away.
Wifi only for one device.
Hotel lost hot water while we were there and was reluctant to provide compensation for the inconvenience. Poor wi fi, hard mattresses, worst Fairfield Inn I have stayed at.
Beds were comfortable. Staff were friendly.
Breakfast room was small and at times busy.
Staff was nice and We decided only to stay one of out 2 nights but there was no penalties and everyone was great . We were dropping out Son off at NAU and this hotel was within walking distance of the school that is a real bonus if you have ever tried to drive around or park during NAU check in
they oversell the free breakfast while it was decent you expect more just due to the hype . room 235 has a good awful ceiling repair and the room smelled a little funky
nice rooms very helpful staff good breakfast
The woman in charge of the breakfast area was great. She was so pleasant and such a hard worker. She did an excellent job of keeping it well stocked, fresh, & clean! A great start to our days!
Awkward to get up to the second floor w/ luggage. Prefer indoor hallways as opposed to outside entrances.
The clean room and the breakfast and that you had coffe, snacks out through the day. I saw a staff member at breakfast helping a young couple with two small children. They had there hands full and she helped them get there breakfast for them. Every staff member always greeted you.
The comfort of the beds-bumby. The size of the rooms,(little small) The size of the bathroom was very small, the way the bathroom was set up and the door it was very hard to move around in there with one person- no counter space for your items.
Availablity OK beds
Very small rooms Not clean Bathroom in the bedroom Breakfest poor and very crowded Far too expensive compared to the value you get
Very friendly staff.
Not much... it was a place to stay.
The bed was so bad, you could feel the springs while laying on it. The wallpaper was bubbled and peeling in spots. The bathroom was small. In order to close the door, you have to stand between the toilet and tub. Rust was present on the tub fixtures. Overall, it made for an uncomfortable couple of nights. We would not stay here again, nor would we recommend this hotel to others.
Maintenance and housekeeping staff were great.
I asked for a 2:30am wakeup call and ended up calling the desk clerk and waking her up to tell her not to call the room since I was up. If I hadn't awakened when I did I would have missed my train. I also rang the front desk bell to checkout but no one came so I tossed the key on the desk and just hoped they eventually checked me out.
pillows were like rocks wifi didn't work for me
Hot tub next to pool was clean and much needed after a long days drive.
Room needed updating and was a bit small for four people.
Good value for money. Not a fancy hotel but we had a pleasant stay there. The staff was nice and helpful. The breakfast was fine.
Good location, not near the trains in Flagstaff. Nice fresh bed linens.
Everything on the smallest side, The shower and toilet were in tight spaces. Not much seating area in the breakfast room.
Convenient access to major freeways.
Room was small. Bathroom was small. Access to room was outside. Holiday Inn where we stayed the previous night was much larger, nicer and less expensive.
