My husband and I stayed in this hotel for two nights. The hotel is very clean, the room was spacious, the bed vey comfortable, they have a decent breakfast. The ladies at the front desk were really nice and helpful. They have a shuttle bus to the airport. I would recommend this hotel to any one who needs a good night rest.
The only thing that we didn't like was the fact that we have to walk one block to find a restaurant to have diner, wich it is not a big deal during the day, but a night time it feels a little scary .
Free breakfast was great...full menu of sausage, scrambled eggs, toast, bagels, fruit, cereal, waffles. Staff was also very friendly.
There isn't anything bad to say.
Airport shuttle 24 hour gym, hot tub, and sauna Bar on main floor Breakfast included nice staff Great for 1 night stay
room was good breakfast needed help and hours are short...should allow people to get fruit or coffee anytime
good service, clean, comfortable
Wi-Fi not stable a little far away to BART station
They lost our reservation and had to change rooms after we had checked in. ??
the bed to close to ac unit just one foot very dangerous
I liked the room a lot, the bed/pillows, the breakfast. Overall it was a nice stay.
I thought the price for what it was was a bit much, and the staff seemed confused a lot when I had questions. For example, our phone was unplugged in our room (couldn't plug it back in behind the headboard) so I let them know I will use my cell phone to call them for ordering room service. She said "ok". Then I asked how long do they have room service available until, and she said "we don't have room service." So just little things like that as far as staff goes. Also our first day there, a lady knocked and then just barged right in before we could even say anything. Thank God I had just gotten dressed seconds before.
Fair price. Being updated right now but once done should increase comfort.
Construction noisy but expected.
The breakfast was fairly good.
The air conditioning did not work properly, after calling the front desk for assistance we were not happy with the results. The room was not cleaned properly and the cleaning staff did not vaccumn. I am sure I will not be staying at this location on my next visit to Oakland.
Under construction. No gym. No whirlpool. No luggage racks. Parking difficult. Staff unfriendly.
The cable didn't work. It took too long for the staff to let us go to a different room. Our room keys didn't work.
My only issue was that the bedside clock was set for the wrong time. I awoke with a shot, looked at the clock and thought my alarm didn't go off and I'd missed the shuttle. Packed and rushed downstairs and found I was 15 minutes early.
Ants in bathroom
The room set up.king bed pushed right up to air condition unit.the unit sounds like an aircraft. The level of cleanness is horrible! Doors don't get wiped down. The hotel is run down.Location is ghetto.I will never stay again.
We always go to the raiders like 2 or 3 times a year but this is the first time in this hotel and was a bad choice after the game my husband was drinking so when we went to check in he was drunk and sleeping in the car i was park in the check in parking I went by my self to check in with his ID and Credit Card the person in the counter did't let me check in i explain to her the situation but she did't let me check in I was tire and had to drive back home because you guys did't give me the room but you guys charge me for it . She could go check in the car my husband was there. Bad experience and we still pay for the room.
Front desk staff (late night arrival) was friendly & helpful! Comfortable bedding! Close to the airport for early morning flight!
Everything met our needs. I couldn't rate the facility or kitchen higher than "good" because we were only in the hotel for 5 hours and didn't have time to experience either.
Clean and comfortable with room serviced every day
A little out of the way for travelling to San Fransisco attractions.but having said that the BART train system was fantastic to get to the city.
Very clean room and comfortable bed. Friendly competent staff and shuttle to airport make this hotel a value when an overnight stay at Oakland Airport is necessary. Breakfast was good as well.
Mixup on shuttle pick up in the morning. Had to wait a half hour for next scheduled departure.
Right down the street from the Oakland calliseum.perfect location.
Shuttle to airport
I asked for a wake up call. When you have an airport hotel in which your guests need to make their planes this should be a priority. The staff member (who I asked for the wake up call) just shrugged her shoulders. No apology even. Very disappointed.
bed was comfortable easy on and off the freeway
all the fitness room equipment was broken the breakfast was empty at 830 am..trash overflowing and not so much as a a piece of toast to be had
Everything. Lots of parking, nice, large room, super clean, nice breakfast, cool sports bar, super quiet. This is going to be my regular stay for Oakland A's games.
Staff are friendly, check in was quick, the room was clean, bed was comfortable, it was quiet.good value for the money:)
