The bed was very comfortable. We checked in extremely late and staff was very courteous at check in.
Carpet could have been a bit cleaner. A fridge & microwave would have been nice.
Comphy bed OK breakfast pool
not really in Medford
Staff very nice. Room was very clean and mattress very comfortable. A nice 24 hr restaurant just across parking lot. Was easy off, easy on for the highway. Good breakfast in am.
The computer ad for the hotels off ramp was given for n/b Pine Rd, or s/b Pine Rd. You need to add that it is Exit 55!! Oregon has removed a lot of street names from their highway signs and that gets confusing.
The bed was fairly comfortable. The room was clean.
No one at the desk. EVER. I thought it was odd that they advertised 'we speak english' in the list of amenities. That should have been our first clue.......the smell of bleach was so strong in our room we had to keep the windows open. Gave my husband and I slight headaches. Glad we only booked for one night probably won't stay there again.
The bed was clean and quite comfortable
The entire hotel had an incredibly strong cleaning odor (better clean than not, but the smell was overpowering). Decor was lacking, bathroom floors hand footprints, & wifi seemed to be from a hotel across the parking lot (LaQuinta). Breakfast included 1 waffle maker and a small dish of eggs, more variety would be nice!
The staff tried to be accommodating to our needs. Easy check in, no fuse.
Our room smelled a bit. Rooms not sound proof we can here people next door and the hallways. Pool towels were not stocked, had to ask clerk for it. No working ice machine, only had one but was out of order. For the time we staid there and it's conditions the hotel should have charged guess $50 per night, not $75 because hotel was not situated from newly opening up for business.
Good wifi Easy on/off freeway Close to restaurants
Not clean - found hairs in bed and in shower (that weren't ours) Overall cheap feeling (lobby unfinished, mismatched towels, unfinished bathroom, sterile/uniniviting lobby) Breakfast not stocked Pictures on bookings.com don't match what is there Didn't feel entirely safe
I thought the room was gorgeous. I was on a business trip when I stayed but I called my wife and told her that we should go and stay there on a leisure trip sometime.
Building was great, accessibility, location....
Staff does not like to talk to customers, no early check in, it is rediculous that neither staff memeber could put down thwir cell phones to help customers... OR that we had to ring the bell when she is RIGHT THERE in front of me so she will acknowlege that we wanted to PAY ... The man there would leave a note to dial "0" from trhe phone on the bar... And it rang to the phone on the counter (22 feet away).... So that he can ANSWER IT to tell you to wait whoile he finishes his task.
Beds were comfortable; close to freeway access
We were not told hotel was currently being remodeled. Staff was tired, hotel grounds had old vanities in plain view, trash was in flower beds, plants were dying, no blow dryer in bathroom, hair on bathroom floor.
Clean, comfortable bed, pool and spa
Cleaning staff needs to be better organized, had to ask for room cleaning a couple of times on 3rd day
Pet-friendly Friendly staff Good value
Uncomfortable mattresses Cheap sheets Desperate for an upgrade
Being right next to the stairs. Lots of running up and down by kids to and from the pool until about 10 pm.
Great place to stay! We had a little trouble finding the hotel but became acquainted with the city. Close to many amenities and the city was very nice also. Thank you!
Convenient to the airport
Room was nice and comfortable and staff were great
The room was clean and the bed was comfy.
The toilet handle was broken, I wasn't given the wifi password at checkin, and the phone didn't work so I couldn't call down and get it. Also, the reception on most of the TV channels was unwatchable.
For its location the hotel was much cleaner than I expected it would be.
The continental breakfast was subpar, and we were unable to use the wifi since it uses a confirmation code that we weren't given.
Staff unfriendly and understaffed. Currently in position to change hotel names so remodeling was being done and walls were bare.
Location was central Staff was nice
The room was nice. We have stayed here before when it was Fairfield by Marriott. I would like to have the hotel consider triple sheeting the bed. It would make for a much higher standard.
Breakfast was very limited and disappointing. It is clear the standard of product used by the new owners is lower than Marriott's. The carpet in the hallway was dirty and littered.
Comfortable bed, updated room decor, FIVE pillows on the bed!
Only one waffle maker in the morning (which is what everyone wanted). The hallway needed to be vacuumed thoroughly - there was all sorts of dust and debris along the edges because only the middle of the corridor had been vacuumed.
Tina, has a wonderful memory. She has been helpful each time we have stayed there. Remembered that I was having surgery on this trip and asked how I was. I told her surgery was the next day but my husband and daughter were staying while I was in the hospital the first night.
This trip I had surgery and stayed my 2nd night before traveling back to Brookings. There was construction going on right outside the room I was given. If I had known I wouldn't be able to test due to the noise I would have booked somewhere else. I made sure staff knew I was there because of surgery, they knew when I booked room.
Ease of finding the place and the quickness with check-out.
Very basic and bed not so comfortable.
room was clean
room was next to freeway and very noisy breakfast not very good also under a remodel and the cost was to high considering the construction going on
