The location was right across the street from casino, the room was clean.
The hotel isn't more than 8 years old, but looks somewhat older. The bathroom reminded me of a much of a much cheaper chain hotel and the bed was not comfortable.
Every one was very polite asked if they could help ! I even left my purse hanging on chair at breakfast and the lady who cleaned up the room came running after me to let me know! Thank you for a great stay!
Super clean! Staff extremely friendly and helpful. Great continental breakfast!
Perfect location close to everything
Air con was very noisy
everything,i will return!
Where it was located
Rooms too small.few amenities in room, refridg.microwave, etc
Room rate, breakfast included and proximity to Harrah's Casino, which was the purpose for the trip.
I have no complaints.
Over hall quite good early morning staff cleaning toilets which were situated near our room so woken up
Close proximity to casino
Cramped room. Only close to casino.
Staff very helpful. Swimming pool while small was enjoyable for our granddaughter. Breakfast was very good. Very nice visit.
There are no complaints.
Bathroom size compared to Fairfield I stayed early in week in bluff ton SC.
Professional caring personal. Room was clean and breakfast was good.
The pillows were uncomfortable. Would have been nice to have a refrigerator with drinks for purchase already in it.
The free breakfast and closeness to the casino. I could actually get to the casino floor quicker than if I had stayed in the hotel. I felt very safe coming back after dark from the casino.
Directly across the street from the Cherokee Casino. Easy access.
We had three rooms in our reservations, each for two nights with two adults. One room had excessive noise from above on both nights. The second had noise one night. The third had a leaking toilet in the bathroom on the second night. There was no one available that could fix the leak or clean up so we were forced to move rooms. It took 30 rings to get the front desk to answer. When we did move I found I forgot my cell phone charger, so I had to return to the front desk. I found the clerk on the phone and a security alarm ringing. The clerk had no clue as to how to silence the alarm and to reset it. He was getting instructions over the phone. I later went through the lobby and found the front desk unmanned. I passed the clerk on my way out. It seems he was on a smoke break, which left the desk unattended. Also, the reservations were confirmed showing a refrigerator in each room. There were no refrigerators. The reservation also showed one of the rooms as a smoking room. The hotel was non-smoking.
The staff did everything to make our stay great.
Nothing. Excellent location and great value for the money.
everyone very nice and helpful great location to casino will stay again soon
The staff was very accomodating and just plan caring. My husband got sick and we had to stay another day and the staff assisted in any way they could to show they truely cared about our well-being.
The distance from the hotel to the casino was awesome. (Literally right across the street)The hotel provided breakfast & we thought that was a nice touch.
There should be more coverage for the windows... They curtains are just for decorations you can not close them
able to hear neighbors talk till 5:00 am. They were talking in normal voice, but we could still hear.
husband has sleep apnea cannot sleep in a bed. Requested a high back chair which this hotel has furnished before for us. The general mgr. sent us up a high backed straight kitchen chair which she said thru her desk clerk, which by the way tried very hard to convince her otherwise and eventually he succeeded in obtaining one for us, was the only chair she could give us as it was a Marriott policy. We are members of the Marriott freqent card holders. So we know that Marriott does not think that way. It made for a very unpleasant stay there. We like the convenience of the hotel to the casino.
Breakfast. The front desk staff was great.
Had room 101, which is right beside the stairwell and outside door. There was no sleep!! With the motel at a casino, people are coming and going constantly!! The outside door sounded like it was our room door. We were miserable. Plus, the room we reserved was not the room we received. And believe it or not, but a lot of people still use the stairs which was connected to our headboard. A thin wall is between the headboard and the stairs. Go check it out!!!
it was near casino (walked to) and sites we wanted to see Love thar
We were next to housekeeping room and they were very noisy when they came in in morning Would be smarter next time to not keep such a room
