The staff was absolutely, hands-down, the friendliest, most accommodating hotel staff I have ever experienced and I am 62 years old and travel a good deal. The cleanliness of the hotel is excellent, the breakfast very good and the location of the Livonia property is freeway close to all parts of the Metro City. An upgrade of the towels would be nice. They are wearing a bit thin.

Terrific staff, VERY clean and nicely decorated . Felt like a luxury hotel, great amenities and close to restaurants and shopping. Room was high end and king bed comfortable. Definitely would stay again!

The friendly staff was very accommodating even having an early breakfast ready for our 6 a.m. departure. The room was comfortable and the bed wonderful!

Newly remodeled, this hotel is beautiful. It is clean and the rooms are generously sized. I have stayed here before and will stay again. The staff is friendly. The breakfast has a large selection of items and is very filling.

スタッフの対応は良いです。ホテルの清潔感もあります。 隣の音が気になります。話し声が良く聞こえます。朝食バフェの種類がもう少し多いといいと思います。

The staff was great, We have stayed there twice and would certainly come back. I got locked out of the side door and my key acrd wouldn't work, the front desk said they fixed it but when I tried it later it still did not work.

Close to mall and highways. People were friendly. Room was cleaned everyday. Beds were comfortable. Room was quiet and easy access to the parking lot. Nice breakfast selection.
