location, near airport the room smells and didnt feel fresh. one of the staffs at front desk very unfriendly

Close location to airport and shuttle. Bathroom floors were not cleaned properly and it appeared there was mold in the grout . There were stains on the scarf at the foot of the bed, appearing to be mucous of some sort. We did not change rooms because it was 11:30 pm.

Jenell and her staff were so friendly very professional. They were great with our young adults we brought to Atlanta for the Passion conf. We are definitely going to make this hotel our place to stay for future conf. We attend this conf every year. We are booking this hotel as soon as the dates are set for next year. Great experience!! Nothing really that was that bad. Our rooms heater squeezed at times. No big deal though. Loved our visit ad accomadations.

The staff!. I feel like I left behind my best friends: Rosamonda, Antoinette, Jeanette, Tereka. We stayed at Fairfield Atlanta North on 2 nights separated by 3 days. When we returned for the second stay, we were greeted by name. They were each cheerful, friendly and exceedingly helpful. If they don't enjoy their jobs, they were doing a great job of pretending to do so. I want to go back and see them.

We loved being able to get to the airport, one exit down. Location is terrific. Everything was very nice. We did notice a cigarette odor coming into the room, but that was it.

Понравился сам город, но нужна машина что бы добраться до центра! Рядом с отелем есть много заведений куда вечером можно зайти поесть и просто выпить вина или пива))

Personeel, ontbijt basic maar prima. Schone kamers. booking.com beloofde dat er een extra bed gebracht kon worden maar het hotel heeft helemaal geen extra bedden. Opgelost door de manager door een gratis extra kamer te geven.

Odalarin temizligine diyecek yok,tertemizdi. Kahvaltı güzeldi. Çalışanların davranışları çok iyiydi. Park yeri sıkıntısı yok.

Esta bien localizado. Puntual y efectivo shuttle al aeropuerto. El Room Service lo llevan a cabo a traves de restaurantes externos, es muy lento y de mala calidad. Coman fuera. Es un hotel para pasar una sola noche corta, sólo de pasada para conexiones.

I thought I had left behind a favorite book that belonged to my son. Your staff was kind, understanding, took my information and returned my call. It wasn't located ( we have been traveling a lot) but I really appreciated the time they took to check, and in so doing secured a future customer for this location!
