The staff was friendly.
furniture was crammed into a room to small for it making it hard to get around. Towels were gray
Nice clean hotel friendly staff
Breakfast bar was running out of food
Front desk was very polite and helpful. Wasn't a fan of the room itself, but for the price thought we did get what we paid for.
Pull out Bed was broken
Wifi was really good.
price, staff very nice, decent coffee at breakfast not solo traveler!...two guys on business trip!
menstrual blood on toilet, hair in tub, smelled like cigarette smoke, few power outlets for charging mobile devices
The room was very hot! I had to open a window and turn on the air. Musty smelling room. You couldn't open the sofa bed due to the heater unit. sofa was old, smelly, and very worn. I wouldn't even put my suitcase on it for fear of bed bugs. Not a 3 star hotel, with a 4 star price!
the location was good and the facilities were clean. the young woman at reception was very helpful and recommended a restaurant with very good and reasonably priced food. she also brought a toothbrush to the room when I discovered I forgot to pack one.
I didn't realize when I booked the room that some of the rooms had outdoor entrances. I prefer the security of an indoor entrance to the room.
was guest of the day so the popcors was a big plus
Extremely small room Had to enter bathroom sideways because the door was only 22 inches wide. Entry into the room directly from the parking lot and the door had a bout a half inch gap at the bottom allowing what only knows to enter the room. Needed a chair to keep the curtain closed. Mold in the bathroom. Etc., etc., etc.
I have stated Fairfield Inns all over the country and this was without a doubt the worst one I've ever stayed in
