Good breakfast, clean rooms. Considering how close hotel is to airport, it was very quiet. Staff was extremely helpful and very friendly.

Excellent staff, good location, very friendly. The breakfast was sufficient and the lady keeping that area up was very very friendly...I Enjoyed it. My room number was 219 it had a very bad smell to the room it was very musky smelling. We were there due to a double death emergency in the family..one young member died on Friday, two days later senior member died on Sunday..deaths totally unrelated...I Learned after the fact that the hotel offers bereavement rate...They would not change my rate to the bereavement rate...all family members were staying in a within 500 yards of us and that hotel gave a $55.00 family bereavement rate (Comfort Inn.) We paid $79.00 per night..I Was very disappointed in that I felt that the manager could have made a call to help us due to the situation.

They cover transport afterhours to and from airport, honoring their promise and making it easy on us. Good breakfast too One cover for the bed was missing and would have helped feeling warmer at night - yet we did not request and they would have certainly provided us one

The first time I stayed with these folks it was a good stay. The second time I stayed...wasnt quiet so good. I arrived at 1am in the morning ,,,, hoping to get a shower due to a long flight from california. To find out they were turning the water off due to working on the hot water. I had booked for 2 nights, the 2nd nite came, the cable went out, someone was running up and down the hallway knocking on each door, I walked over to a local restraunt to pick my to go order up..and i see one of the male employees peeping in the motel window were the pool is located, he was watching the women in the pool..oh i did report it..for the young man at the desk to reply "thats not fair I dont get to do it, so he shouldnt". I also reported the cable going out..he said he woould be up in a few, he never showed he went home. I leave the next day, i go to check out, the young lady was counting the supplies , she looked up and asked if i was ready to check out, i said yes mam, she went back to counting and ignored me never made eye contact again. very poor customer service.

Convenient location to airport. Comfortable rooms. Helpful and friendly staff. It would have been helpful for the 'complementary shuttle service' to begin at 5am, and not 7am. Many flights from Knoxville leave from 6am onwards. I had to make other arrangements to get to the airport for 5.30am.
