I like the size of the room and the cleanliness.
No microwave or refrigerator, for the price, rooms should have refrigerator and microwave, and my shower didn't work.
Everything was good there
Android phone had hard time connecting to Wi-Fi
Helpfulness and interest of the management and staff...they were all stars in hospitality!
No refrigerator in the rooms
The beds were comfy, breakfast was good, staff wS friendly!
The location was not great at all! I felt like our car would be stolen the next morning! The air in our room did not work , the pool was not open etc .... We staied at the Fairfield in last year by lookout mt tenn. This hotel does not compare to that one! The breakfast, staff , cleaness, etc. was much better at lookout mt. But this hotel was fairly clean and the staff was very friendly!
No micro wave no refrigerator floor uneven dresser draws would stay
We were visiting Atlanta for the weekend and stayed just one night. It was not too far from the city center.
Too expensive for what it was. I will not stay more than few nights
This was the best hotel I have stayed in Memphis, I was there for a funeral and my relatives and I stayed there for the duration. It was comfortable, neat, and modern. The atmosphere was warm and friendly.
The hotel was clean. Only stayed one night and had to move.
The rooms seemed so small and the hot tub didn't work and the pool is about the size of a bathtub....My two nieces hated it so we moved to Hotel Memphis with a much larger room, nice pool, and exercise room....We only stayed one night. The view was the back wall of the hotel lobby. YUK!!!!
Had ants in room When moved to new room tv remote did not work
Desk manager went way beyond the call of duty to find their floating refrigerator and moved it into our room for cold storage of my insulin. You NEVER get that kind of service at even the most expensive hotels. They would never lift a finger to help. Good people - Thanks
