The water pipe was very loud when taking a shower. There was very loud movement up stairs couldn't sleep. The third night there was a very disturbing incident with a lady screaming for her life tell she got arrested at 4:15 am

Did not end up staying. Booked the room for New years night so we could avoid driving after celebrating.I was very disappointed in the surprise waiver I was forced to sign stating that there would be a $250 recovery fee for smoking in the room..although we were not going to we knew our clothes would be smelling of it and transfer to the room from the new years parties...and there would be no way to prove we didnt smoke. We dicided not to stay at all since it was uncertain if we would be hit with this cost. There were no obvious disclaimers on your web site or we would have never booked . As is , we feel as if we were taken advatage of and will never stay in any of your fascilities again. The deceptive way in which this smoking policy is presented cost me just under $100 for nothing more than experience about your poor , seemingly deceptive way to inform your guests of your policies.

Hotel was clean and friendly. The price was great. Location was great for the concert, shopping and gambling just a little ways away. I really liked the clean feeling of the room and that it was kept in very good condition. The room and bathroom were a little small. The bed was too hard. But, for the price, it was acceptable. There were no extra ammenities such as a microwave or mini fridge that would have made a longer stay better.

Not clean & the beds were very uncomfortable. The room would be extremely hot or cold. Road traffic noise was horrible.

The staff was very cordial/friendly. My room was clean and had everything I needed. Breakfast was good and filling. I appreciated that I could print off some items off of the computer. Toilet didn't flush everytime.

Clean and comfortable. Thick comforter (sp) was too heavy and there was no option of a thinner blanket in the room.

The staff was great!!!!! Only 1 waffle maker meant long line for breakfast, if you wanted waffles.
