“ The staff was very friendly, helpful, and willing to go out of their way. When I stay at a hotel, the main thing I want is a shower with alot of water pressure and plenty of hot water any time of the day. And I was more than pleased with the shower in my room. And also, the coffee was excellent!!! ”

Staff was very helpful, room was clean, rate was good. No microwave or mini fridge in my room. Pool was not heated enough to get in and swim and the indoor pool was one of the reasons I booked there. Hotel décor was very outdated. Breakfast area was to small, not enough tables...we had to take our breakfast back to our rooms to eat.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The Grayline bus tour was great. Picked us up at the hotel and avoided all the lines. Some how my card that was used to hold my room was charged even though we paid cash before leaving. The charge was more then the room cost. The lady I called at the desk was not very helpful but my bank took care of the charges.

Location The rude guests at the hotel. Three of our four nights we were up til all hours with other guests cursing, slaming doors, phone pranking us, running through the halls... It was annoying.

The staff was very friendly, helpful, and willing to go out of their way. When I stay at a hotel, the main thing I want is a shower with alot of water pressure and plenty of hot water any time of the day. And I was more than pleased with the shower in my room. And also, the coffee was excellent!!! My only complaint about the room was the curtains. I couldn't pull the thick drapes closed not only for privacy from the outside but, so the lights did not shine in the morning.

Very nice staff, free shuttle to airport, and good complimentary breakfast. The room wasn't in very good shape, the shower faucet didn't work very well and some of the room outlets were really loose and should be fixed.

Nice and friendly staff. Unique pool/spa setup. The outer corridor and guest room had a mildew like smell. We had to go to buy some oil scented air fresheners to mitigate the smell. I will never go back to this facility again.

The staff members were very friendly. We enjoyed the adjoining indoor/outdoor pool and hot tub. It was very clean, plenty of towels. We felt the price was a bit high considering there wasn't anything very special about the hotel.

- Freundliche und hilfsbereite Mitarbeiter - In unserem Zimmer gab es keinen Kühlschrank, was bei den Temperaturen nicht so schön war - ohne Navi ist das Hotel sehr schlecht zu finden (wir mußten anrufen und uns dorthin leiten lassen, obwohl wir gutes Kartenmaterial hatten)

Very friendly!!!! A bus coming in late and the people were loud. Laughing and being loud in hallway, slamming doors, calling our room. I had to call the front desk to complain.
