I loved staying here! Amazing rooms, very clean, the staff was awesome!! Location was great!!!! Staff was very friendly they helped us out and helped us get to places. Breakfast was a bonus very nice to have a hot breakfast :) will be returning next time I go to New York will recommend to family and friends!

We loved everything about this hotel. The location was incredible - subway lines were close but we found that it was so central that we could get to most things on foot. The staff was unbelievably friendly and accommodating - they made it for us. The rooftop patio was a nice bonus. Breakfast food was plentiful with a good selection. I will absolutely stay here again and recommend it to my friends.

Storage space for clothes/suitcases was quite small - esp. for 2 people sharing. But this is NYC and was to be expected!

Great location if you don't mind a bit of walking & subway station at the end of the street if you do! Nice room & decent breakfast. Helpful staff at reception. Friendly local bars as well - recommended.

The stuff was very rude and we had a lot of touble with our room and charges. We couldnt get in touch to find a manager to solve our problems. The room we booked wasnt the one we finally got when we got to our hotel and it took two days to give us the room we had already paid.

Thomas and Mia were the best. They were friendly and energetic and approachable. They made us love our stay even more (if that's possible). I can't rave enough about them. The room was clean and comfortable and the location was excellent. We would definately stay at this hotel again.

The room did not have a bar fridge. Not a big deal, but it would have been nice.

I loved everything about the Fairfield Inn. It was clean, the breakfast was awesome, the staff was friendly and it was in a great neighborhood.

Very large bed, which was great. Was given a wet room upon late arrival which staff changed the following morning to a new room with bath. Shower was very powerful, with plenty of hot water. The staff were incredibly courteous, and could not do enough to make the stay enjoyable.

The location with less than 10 mins walking from Penn station. Super fast check in, The room was super clean, bed was comfortable and huge lcd screen. Was so impressed to be honest. Good value for money, I only stayed 1 night.

Booking.com u are a bunch of complete wankers. I went to change my booking and u wanted to charge me and the hotel said no need and changed it themselves free of charge.

Wonderful staff who were very helpful. Very clean with a comfortable bed.

In microwave and refrigerator would have been a lot more Convenient.

The room smelled of mildew and mold. Please get rid of the mold and mildew under the carpets and behind wall paper.

The hotel is just marvelous and the front desk attendant are wounderf . They should keep it up

Breakfast is very special. It is much better to eat anywhere outside.

My boyfriend and I thought everything was perfect. The room was simple, elegant, and adorable. When we looked out our window we were able to see the Empire State Building. In the morning the vendors were putting out flowers which were very beautiful. The staff was very polite and professional. The service was quick and we were in our room in 5 minutes. The complementary breakfast was excellent. There were many things to choose from which was nice.

great restaurants in the area deliver to the hotel if you don't want to go out at night after meetings all day. great views and photo ops.

everything on the block was closed and shuttered during after business hours--it was in the wholesale flower district.

I loved everything at Fairfield Hotel. It's in a good location, close to the subway and within a walk distance to the most important places in the city. Really comfortable and clean room, very friendly and helpful staff, excellent breakfast (continental style). I'd stay there again and totally recommend it!
