The staff couldn't do enough for you. The free breakfast was great, although room a little crowded. Free water and hot drinks 24/7. Great views

It was very comfortable. The people that worked there were very friendly. The Breakfast was great. The rooms were clean. I would definitely stay there again and yes I would recommend this hotel. Another great thing is it is right next to the port authority, so when you get off the bus, you are right there to dump your bags and get on your way.

Location is just 2mins from times square, next to bus station too , room is good size , bathroom big, and best of all skyroom on the rooftop :) nothing bad to say

Breakfast room far too small which caused a chaotic situation

I liked how the bellmen were so helpful with getting my things from a car parked a block away and got us taxis when we needed them. I liked the lobby fireplace I liked the convenience to everything: Theater, Shopping, and restaurants. We walked everywhere. I liked the rooftop entertainment. I liked that my room was a comfortable size. I have stayed in NYC closet sized rooms before.

I dislike elevators so they always accommodate me with a second floor room. Also free breakfast is a plus!

I liked everything about this hotel- maybe the double room with kingsize bed was slightly small, but passable. The reception desk staff were very efficient, the hotel taxi service very well organized (to get to the airport), the wifi in the room worked OK, breakfast was a lot of fun, the ground floor bar was very, very OK, though, admittedly, it did not operate until very late. However, the Skyroom club at the hotel's rooftop is a major attraction here and an absolute must at night! Hopefully will stay here next time next year when in Manhattan!

no complaints at all - well, the room could have been bigger and the price could have been lower - hope that next time this will be the case:-).

Wi fi was a BIG STRUGGLE compare to the Element where I stayed the previous 3 days around the corner.

The hotel was very comfortable and the staff helpful and friendly. One of the few hotels in the vicinity that offers free wi-fi in the room and breakfast (with good coffee). I also found the room to be more spacious than any other nyc hotel room in which I've stayed. Our room was clean, quiet, and well-appointed. It had a coffee machine with Starbuck's coffee and heat/ac controls that we could operate ourselves. We were able to store our luggage on arrival and before our departure, were able to print our boarding passes, and we were very near the theatre we attended. Felt at home there and would stay there again.

On behalf of my young niece, I promised to suggest pancakes as part of the breakfast, but I found the breakfast to be satisfactory. Thank you!

the location is excellent only 5 minutes walk to Times Square , very clean and comfortable. I enjoyed the breakfast with variety if choices.

watch on the hotel prices when you check out. It didn't include the taxes 3-4 types of taxes. I didn't know it was not included until the checkout day. A little tricky!!

Lack of room in breakfast area (no room to sit down, due to too many people present).

Staff was very friendly and helpfull. There was a lot of staff on duty. Breakfast was ok. Rooms were clean.

The curtains in the room were to short so not dark enough in the room.

Clean and comfortable room. I felt safe and appreciated all staff I came in contact with. The breakfast was good as well as the cool bar at the top of the bldg.

The terrible mess they made as to the payment: I was wrongly charged of the full amount for two rooms when the rooms were booked through Booking.com, and it took weeks to get the full amount back.
