The shuttle service was very good to and from the airport, staff were friendly, on the whole in our case a good stop over for one night ready for an early flight out the next morning.

It was perfect for us we brought the kids for a long weekend getaway to NYC for spring break and it worked out great!

We booked this as a convenient stop over, having required a place to sleep after our flight from the uk, and before we picked up our hire car. We couldn't believe the high standard for the money we paid. Good hotel for the money.

Staff were friendly and very helpful.

The hotel was very difficult to find and in an extremely uninteresting location. It was a good choice for convenience to the airport for a very early flight, and the location is not a problem if using the hotel's airport shuttle, but it's location is nearly impossible for drivers unfamiliar with the area.

I booked room with two queen bed and surprised f room with one queen bed while we are 5 persons

The hot tub was wonderful after a very long day traveling. The beds were so comfortable we wanted ti take them home with us.

I waited for the shuttle more than 40' after that I called the hotel 4th times!!! In the morning they booked me the taxi and the taxi was missing. They gave me their limousine service at $ 120,00 for 30' drive distance

Convenient to the airport

The adress s conveluted. You have one address listed thatis near Elizabeth, NJ, but the actual address is adjacent o the airport. We wasted nearly an hour finding the first location, only o call and be given another address, which is actually the address of the hotel.

Clean room,Excellent bed,excellent staff from the front reception desk to house keeping.Will book room again in the future when needed.

A little dificult to find . A better entrance sign would help.

I twas quite difficult to get to. I had to make 2 phone calls to the front desk and then stop at another hotel before I located the front door!

the jacuzzi was nice if we could get in because the key only worked about half the time.

As in "almost all" American Hotels with continental breakfast the poor choice of healthy food options especially for people with gluten & lactose free diet.

Under the circumstances of Hurricane Sandy, I found the staff to be helpful, friendly, informative and efficient. The power was out for a day but breakfast was still served (cold of course) coffee was brought in from elsewhere periodically and even pizza was brought in for residents late in the day. I liked everything about my stay there except for the fact that I HAD to stay there because my flight was cancelled.

No generator for emergency lighting or necessities. Would have preferred a small fridge in the room.

Good cost-benefit.
