Score from 26 reviews Excellent
It was safe, clean, and convenient. We had to come and go very late and I didn't have any of the issues I was worried about. I felt very safe.
Excellent value for the money. Rooms were quite and very clean.
Nice breakfast selection and clean rooms.
Our initial room was extremely noisy. By the third night it was intolerable. However the next morning, when I complained to the staff at the front desk, they moved us within a couple of hours.
The breakfast room is a great congregation place for guests and it is kept very clean. Ground and parking lot are clean and organized. I am sure the other areas are just as nice but we didn't have a chance to use them.
Housekeeping should pay more attention to fixtures in good working order. E.g. toilet flush mechanism was not exactly in good working order. After each flush, we have to make sure the lever is retracted properly to ensure the stopper sits properly on the spout in the water-tank. Otherwise, the tank will not be able to fill up for the next flush. Minor but I am sure it's something the housekeeping staff can alert the maintenance crew if they are willing to note down details and follow up diligently. Its all about inter-departmental communication and willingness/frequency of such communications.
Closeness to airport
Felt like all the cookie cutter modestly priced places, nothing special
cleanliness and breakfast are its forte.
As an Asian traveller, I felt that the receptionist at the front desk is not friendly. She did not smile when we need help. She just gave an advice. But, that's OK.
Staff was just get--- explained how to get to places we wanted to go by taking a train & us not fighting traffic by driving ourselves.they also dropped & picked us up from the train spot. Very helpful. Place was clean & breakfast good.
The bed was so comfortable and good, I wanted to take it home with me.
The HVAC was not adequate to prevent stuffiness, we had to open the window (no screen) to cool the room.
The room was nice. It was great to have breakfast included.
I thought when I booked the room that I had booked two queen beds and got two full size beds.
Close to airport friendly staff
No restaurants or few choices for food around hotel. Run down rooms needs some upgrading also in lobby.
Close to airport and nice facility. Have stayed there before and will stay again.
Noise from National Guard aircraft early in the morning.
it was clean and close to the airport
The cleanliness of the hotel is commendable, breakfast is good and the hotel personnel is friendly, warm and accommodating. There is small gym which is open 24 hours daily.
Convenience to meeting location. Very clean.
Staff was exceptional
Beds were small for two people.
Breakfast was awesome! Lots of variety and the staff kept everything replenished without any need to ask. Friendly.
A great place to stay when you are traveling from PDX. It is comfortable, clean, and quiet - perfect for a night of sleep after a long day of traveling - or getting ready to travel.
Not a thing!
Location and price were great.
Rooms are great size. Always clean and shower/bath is great size.
Pool could be a little warmer.
the 2 ladies at the front desk were most helpful and friendly. they helped get me back to the hotel after I dropped off my rental car, they reserved the van for the next morning and booked our wake-up call for the next morning. they were both very, very courteous and helpful after a long day.
Nice staff, surprisingly quiet considering the location
breakfast was mediocre
Liked the beds and bedding. My mother who is 83 and feeble was with us. She was originally put on 3rd floor (we were on 1st) and they changed it for us so that we had adjoining rooms on the first floor. Very appreciated.
The shower was hard to figure out. I turned it on and waited and waited for hot water to come on. You need a sign to explain how to get the hot water. I started to get dressed, expecting to go without a shower and then accidentally figured out how to get hot water. My sister (in another room) took a cold shower because she couldn't figure it out.
Some breakfast available between 3-4 A.M. since we had to check out at 4 A.M.
Some caulking on the carpet in front of the sink left from a repair job.
