“ The staff was amazingly friendly and curtious. The room was exceptionally clean and comfortable and the so called continental breakfast was far more than that, the selection of food and drinks was something you would see at a diner. We would definitely recommend and come back there. Thanks for a great experience. ”

A shuttle service, driven by jim, was a wonderful addition. We did not know the area, and it was a great service to us. Jim and George on the desk was very friendly. The additional tax on the agreed price of 89.... there was no way to have this removed? I feel that, it was a hidden charge and we could have stayed other places for that price.

The free shuttle bus to downtown Portsmouth in the evening was awesome - great service! It was nice to have a hot breakfast in the a.m., not just a continental one.

Beds comfortable outdoor pool 1. Leaky toilet. 2.chunks of ceiling ready to fall 3. food under bed 4. directions poor---hard to find 5. waaaay overpriced. Would NEVER stay there again.

We did not have our own transportation, therefore getting down town was not that easy, but the staff did provide shuttle service for us a few times, even when the shuttle was not scheduled to be running at that time. It was a quiet place to stay. The distance from down town; not convenient to walk.
