The complementary breakfast was very good. I enjoyed being able to have a complementary coffee and sit in front of the fireplace for awhile. The desk clerk was so helpful in providing a list of restaurants in the immediate area and this assisted us in locating a mall very close. The shuttle to the airport was a very nice option. The driver was very pleasant. Excellent value for the money.

Bigger rooms Microwave & refrigerator Lobby had area to buy convenience food & drink accommodated me at 11:30 am as early arrival When I first arrived, the front desk kept handing me off to another receptionist and another as no one could find my reservation through BOOKING.com. Finally I another receptionist looked under my first name and found reservation. There was way toooo many front desk people that acted totally inept and left me standing their like an idiot like I was the one that had the problem. Unfortunately, the number booking.com gave me did little to help them and lord knows why it was made under my first name. In Richmond, va reservation at the Fairfield there was under husband's middle initial.
