Breakfast only 7am to 9am. At 8.30am buffet almost finish. Limited space for seating. Quality of food.
quality of the kingsize, quality of room-clean-up
After breakfast, the area could have been cleaned better.
The hotel was nice and comfortable.
We didn't know we had to pay for parking. ( was no parking available at the hotel upon arrival for us ) took some time to find street parking .
Staff was extremely courteous friendly and helpful. Room was clean. Lobbying was bright and inviting. Great view from the rooftop. Good variety for breakfast. And clean throughout.
HAVING TO PAY A 25.00 PARKING FEE!!!!!!
Walking distance to Barclay Center, Breakfast and enjoyed being on a high floor to take in the view!
Very loud in the middle of the night and very uncomfortable room and bed
Rooms a little small. Parking lot very small. With the prices charged for the room parking should be free. Why pay $25 when free parking across the street.
The staff from security to manager fully professional and pleasant all times. Nice to know if you need something someone going to treat you with a smile
Breakfast was okay, the coffee wasn't as good as other Fairfield Inns we've stayed at.
The staff was so helpful. When we arrived they helped us find a place to eact a late lunch. They also arranged a car pickup for our concert at the Barclay center. The room was very nice and the shower after a long drive was excellent.
Things I didn't like: Parking was extra charge and cumbersome when the lot became full Neighborhood wasn't great Small room and small sink (I might have been in a handicapped room because I had an infant)
Things I liked: Staff was very friendly Extremely clean Breakfast was really good! Upscale decor Bedding was nice Ease of check in and check out
I love the room, so comfortable, the bed was excellent. Complimentary breakfast was excellent. I will definitely recommend this hotel.
To be honest it would have been an ok stay but the one thing that messed the whole weekend up was the housekeeping. I left a smaller box in the room with a pair sneakers in it and when I came back that night the box and sneakers were gone. Managements original response was poor. Though refunded for the weekend it left a very bad taste.
It was easy to find in a pretty good location. The hotel features a modern style and pretty nice amenities.
Clean, comfortable, nice amenities.
parking was limited and expensive
Very friendly staff!
Paying for parking
Love the roof top Area
The fact that I got charged 150$ cash due to the suspicion of me smoking in the room they found a black towel and said window opened that was more then enough evidence to convict me... I washed my shoes hence the black towel and when I was having sex I got hot and attempted to open a window but it was frozen shut
The hotel itself is a very nice relaxing place. The staff however are a little over the top.
amazing highly recommend
The area the hotel is located in...might scare people who are out of towners
The neighbourhood does not look safe. I have no idea if it is or not (only stayed one night) but it looks really sketchy and I was not comfortable walking from the hotel.
The hotel is just fantastic. Clean and comfortable room, friendly staff, great wi-fi and just about anything I could hope for.
I never got an itemized bill for my stay. And when I called to be sure I was credited for my stay on my Marriott Rewards account, they too promised an email accounting which I never got.
I loved the hotel and the double decker patio had great views of the city.
Was a bit noisy because of construction.
Very comfortable and very nice staff. Good location for the metro and restaurants.
Very noysy at night. They took almost half an hour to find my reservation.
Nice bed and shower
Clean hotel, excellent room, beautiful view from roof deck, super friendly and helpful staff, prima location i.e. close to subway with easy access to Manhattan, near surroundings kinda shabby however not at all fearful. Absolutely to be recommended :)
front desk didn't acknowlege us the entire stay. 2nd floor is basement level, very musty and dark. location
Lobby totally small and close to opening door. Room had 3 large black areas that had been soaked with liquer, nasty smoke smell and to top it off the entire floor had at least 8 cigarette holes where people just put out there cig on. Asked to be reimbursed I was told I couldn't be and they would try another room, needless to say this one smelled more of liquer, peanuts still in the floor, bed skirts so dirty with splashed liquer all over them, yes we have photos , just nasty a total waste of $260.00 company dollars, I was super embarrassed because I use to be a employee of Marriott for 12 years and suggested it to my business partners to stay. Just sad what your service and quality has come down to
Parking unavailable especially if returning later at night
Room was good, location was good, staff helpful, and breakfast was free and adequate.
