For the price, rooms were a little small.

I like the location of the hotel only a 2 minute ride to the heart of downtown Indianapolis. The staff was extremely polite and hospitable. I also liked that it was close to I-65 that we used quite often during our stay as we travel throughout the town.

There were several things that I didn't like about the hotel. 1. The rooms are entirely too small. The King room was not big enough for two people and their luggage. The King Suite was also small for a suite. No privacy between the living area and the bedroom. Pictures of the rooms online are quite misconceiving. The cost the the suite did not fit the size or comfort of the room. The cost of parking was outrageous. $24 a day for self park and $27 a day to valet park. The cost of snacks were way over priced. Because of these factors, unfortunately I would not recommend this hotel to family and/or friends.

Getting to the skywalks of indianapolis was a little tough.

the location of the hotel is great. Near shopping, restaurants and convention center.

The name of the hotel is Fairfield Inn Suites. There was no "Suite" to my room at all. My room was 2 double beds and a bathroom. Would have prefer the "suite" with the extra sitting area.

Loved being to walk everywhere from the hotel. Even in the winter. The staff was extremely nice and polite.

The bed sheets were a little rough. Not really soft enough to be comfortable.

Very nice fitness room. Comfortable bed.

The Staff was terrific. Couldn't have been nicer and mor friendly.

Our housekeeping service was not so great. Since we were in the room in the morning, no one came back until evening and we just declined at that point.

I did not like the price of parking, when I stay at other hotels in small cities the price of parking is included in the hotel rate. For example the Marriot in downtown lexington has parking included and has special rates 4 times a year of $ 90 per nite. I also felt the rooms were small, no where to put suitcases for and other bags for 2 people

The staff was exceptionally friendly. I love the location. Customer service is top notch! The morning we needed to get our car out of Valet, it was blocked in or something , so the manager went to help the valet attendant and the manager himself pulled the car around . It means a lot to me when I see people working together like that!

My only complaint was our bed . We stayed about a month prior to this visit and the bed was wonderful . This time our bed sunk into the middle and we did not sleep well at all. But that is my only complaint .

The rooms was very comfortable. Nothing ot fance but elegant. The beds and pillow were amazing. We are thinking of buying on of those beds for home. The personal were all freindly all the way from the valey, house keepers, desk everyone was great.

Liked it's closeness to downtown - was a great weekend weather wise and could just walk to where we wanted to go.

Breakfast was not up to par and the parking is way too expensive.

This hotel is a great venue right next to the convention center! If you want to be quiet, Breakfast is included in the price, be at breakfast early though, because you won't have much fruits left anymore if you arrive late! Great place to stay if you attend a convention in Indy

Choose bedrooms at the front (the noisy aircon from the JW Marriott is right next to the back yard bedrooms!!!)

Everything was very clean and the breakfast was good each morning. It was an excellent location for visiting White River park and the main shopping centre (had a covered walk way all the way).

The service was nice and friendly. The room was large and had all that I expected and the bed was really good.The wifi speed was quite okay as well. The location was not in the inner city but it was quite okay, close to a couple of museums

Good hotel in the price range, very new construction, so room was very perfect. Good breakfast. A restaurant just outside which remains open til midnight.

Şehir merkezine çok yakın bir otel. Ulaşımı, müzelere yakınlığı ile avantajlı. Manzarası da oldukça güzeldi. Kahvaltı seçenekleri de çeşitliydi.

Araç parkı için hem de vale kullanmamamıza rağmen 23 dolar ekstra ücret çıkardılar. Bunun dışında temizlik çok iyi değildi.

O hotel é bastante precário, há um barulho infernal de ar condicionado no quarto (que não é do quarto), o colchão é velho e cheio de molas soltas, os funcionários são grossos, o café da manhã é sofrível (apenas pão, bolo e café). Em qualquer lugar do Brasil eu ficaria num hotel desse tipo por R$ 30,00 a R$40,00.
