The staff hospitality, comfortable bed, breakfast location - at the pool.

The hotel was definately a great value. We walked in to check in and were immediately welcomed by friendly staff who hung beads from our necks and gave us a drink. It really made you feel like you were on vacation. The room was small but clean and the pool was perfect for lounging and having a few drinks. They had breakfast every morning for free which was perfect especially for a family. I even went to their little gym in the morning.

The bathroom in my room was small and the mirror was outside of it so you couldnt get up without waking everyone up.

Nice simple clean basic hotel

Much too far from anything with no hotel shuttle service so must take into account taxi fare Evan though the price of the accoumadation is excessive.

Liked being greeted with a drink and beads, felt like a resort Pool was really nice Great Location for price, able to walk to duvall street and/or beaches

Hard to get a taxi Tiki Bar closes at 8

The welcome from the staff was good, they were generally very friendly and polite

The hotel was more like a budget motel. We had a tiny room with a view over the car park and no outside private space. Party time in the bedroom next door so didn't sleep. We changed hotel after one night and had a room with a view over the ocean, beach space directly infront of the patio doors, great staff, great activites..all this for a lower price!

We were very disappointed with your hotel. The staff were very nice.

Other than staff there was nothing that we liked. We had reservations for 4 days and left after 2 days to check into hotel in Key West that we loved. Your location was atrocious--we felt surrounded by an industrial park. Our room was small and just very basic. What was it before it became your property? We were really unhappy that we chose your property. The price was rediculous for what you had there.

The pool

Rooms very small. Fitted sheets did not fit the bed and came off while sleeping. Dripping sound in air conditioning system the entire first nite, took several "talks" with management to rectify, wasting our time. Overall very high priced for what it is

Nothing about this room to like. Total rip-off at $320 with tax. Never saw such a tiny room

The room rate $300.+ after taxes. It's a nice hotel if your not on a budget.

We had a bug problem in our room, were told it was taken care of, then had the bugs again the next morning. General Manager was very confrontational and, after some very unpleasant arguing, offered us only a bit more than 10% off our bill.

Location.

Room front door is not sound proof. You could hear constant traffic at all times. Prices are too high for the room and breakfast served. There was no luxury at the studio we stayed. No room service, spa or elevators were offered.

LOVED the comfortable bed and CLEAN accommodations. The continental breakfast was the nicest I've ever had. Very friendly staff!!

What wash"t to like? The room was a bit small but when your talking Key West sq footage IS a big deal. Excellent value for the money.

On 2 occasions staff just walked into our room unannounced, they didn't knock or say anything. We could have been naked or anything. This is not acceptable.
