Loved the location. Staff was terrific.

Beds were not very comfortable.

The hotel was nice and clean and the staff was great. The main bed was awesome ! Convenience of a coffee maker and fridge was nice

Really helpful staff. Room was huge and comfortable.

The neighbourhood is not the best and there are plenty of doggy people walking around the hotel. Many beggers and homeless approach you asking for money or cigarretes. Breakfast is quite limited.

The exterior had an old world feel, the rooms felt like a homely stay..unlike the sterile hotel feel.

A hotel room of that quality would cost around $400 and more in New York City. Excellent value for the price i paid.

Being charged extra for parking, which i thought was included in the price. Even so, the price was great.

Staff was very courteous

No cable during our stay. Docking station to play music was also broken so there was no audio or video at all.

Rooms are clean and large, very close to metro station.

Location is wonderful

The room was previoulsy connected with another room and then seprated by a locked door ... so, not much of privacy like you could stay at your own. Also, the cable TV is poor, could hardly watch any movie without signal problem.

Mrs. Latoya who was part of the breakfast personnel went above and beyond during our stay and was very friendly. Along with Mrs. Annie who was part of housekeeping personnel she was also very helpful and made my families stay that much more comfortable.

We were there for a bachelorette party and loved every minute!! The staff was so wonderful and we could tell they really enjoyed their jobs. Just seeing them smile made our stay that much better!!! Can't wait til we return in the next few months, we will definently be staying here!!

I liked that it was downtown and I could walk where ever I wanted to go.

It is kind of in the hood. I was asked for money in front of the hotel twice However I do realize that it is a hotel in the downtown of a large city

the location was ideal!the room was perfect!the breakast was very good.the staff was excellent!

due to the big 4 basketball tournament it was very busy.we had to wait almost one hour before we could check in.it was hard to get any sleep due to the city cleaning the streets all night.double pained windows would have kept the sound to a minimal level!!!

The bathrooms are very large. The breakfast was wonderful. It is very close to the Aquarium, Children's Museum, and zoo. There is a free shuttle to all of those places and others. The shuttle driver was very friendly and had a wealth of information about the area. The rooms were spacious and had a living/kitchen area seperate. The staff was hard working and helpful.Good value for money.

The managers need to hire more staff. The hotel was full over Easter break week and the staff was hustling very vigorously but were not able to keep up with demand, especially at breakfast.
