    My boyfriend and I stayed here for the weekend to celebrate my birthday. The staff was very helpful and had excellent customer service. When we arrived we had to wait for our room but the wait was well worth it. The lobby was beautiful and the halls of the hotel were too. The room was spectacular. The shuttle driver was awesome. He gave great conversation and got us to our destination and back safely. This has been the best hotel we've stayed in this far. We are ready to return back to Fairfield Inn& Suites! Thank you to all the staff for helping make my birthday weekend PERFECT!

    The hot water was extremely to hot and the cold water was hot in bathroom. Refrigerator was not hookup so wasn't cold to keep drinks cold. Plus saw a roach crawling up the curtain.

    Location Waffle house Close to things to do

    The homeless folks are right up your butt. Hawkers sell in there latest dc right as you exit. Underground mall next door is underwhelming and not really underground.

    Breakfast, Location, Suite comfort, Cleanliness

    The hotel painfully needs more staff. We waited more than half an hour to get our car from the valet even though the two guys who were working that morning were running like crazy (one actually injured himself and was limping the next day... He was still running though). Also, we stayed two nights and the housekeepers never came by our room after the first night. We took out the "do not disturb" sign at 11 a.m. but when we got back at 7 p.m., the room hadn't been made. The reception has some nice staff members and a couple of nasty ones. When we said housekeeping hadn't come to our room despite the fact that we took out the sign at 11, the lady answered "But housekeeping gets here at 8 so they may have come by before." Although that may be true, it is a very stupid and rude answer. I'm not stupid, I know housekeeping starts before 11! I'm not sure I would stay again....

    It's central location was great, but with the Atlanta Underground next door, the surrounding streets had a scarier clientele.

    The room was 2 queens and a sofa sleeper suite. The room was spacious, nice and clean. However, we two older kids we were hopin to use the sofa sleeper- no linens. The two queens were actually two full size beds. That made sleeping quarters tight for the 4 of us.

    Downtown location means you close to lots of attractions Staff are lovely and helpful especially catering and housekeeping.

    Carpets need updating throughout the hotel. Expect better quality from Marriott group. Checked out early due to bites all over my body. Not sure what but I never went outside so definitely something INSIDE the room. Still scratching!!! Not good way to start my vacation

    The location and staff...

    The mold in shower, something on the back of bathroom door. Mattress needs to be replaced and pillows need to be bigger. Is like your sleeping with miniature pillows...we're adults. We like full size pillows! Bulbs were out...I've already contacted Marriott.

    Beds were good.

    Parking was in a garage that charged every time out. Not a very safe neighborhood.

    Location is good, staff very friendly.

    Sofa was not comfortable, pillows are terrible. Poor breakfast, no bacon, no sausage, no any meat.

    The hotel and workers were nice, very happy that valet was available because if not I would have canceled my reservation upon arrival. It's too urban in that area for a group of women to venture. The hotel room was nice and the workers were friendly. The hotel room phones were out of order which was a bit of inconvenience when we wanted to call ahead for valet to get out vehicle. But overall my party of 3 had a pleasant stay.

    The location!!!! Nice hotel in a bad location. 3 women were in my party and we weren't comfortable upon arrival but we decided to stay thanks to valet. We did t have to veture away from the front door by foot "thank goodness"

    We could check out a day earlier without problems

    At 2am we still could not sleep due to the noise from other guests (several rooms !). The bed was also in a very bad condition.

    Location is good, rooms are clean and pretty, breakfast is exceptionally good and breakfast ladies are so lovely, WiFi connection was good as well.

    Cleaning lady didn't service our room one day at all, even though we reminded her at least three times and we didn't have a DND card on the door. Also every day hotel charges 20$ that are supposed to be released within 3-5 working days. On our last stay they did not release them at all, even though we didn't take anything and didn't break anything. In New York Fairfield Hotel they never released the money as well. Seems like the hotel chain has an unwritten rule not to give back this money. Also the e-mail receipt after our check-out was very important for us to get. On the check out date we were told on reception that we will get it and lady wrote down our e-mail address. 6 hours later we still did not get the receipt. We called the hotel and they said that for some unknown reason they could not do it. Asked to call o Monday. Hope we will get it.

    Customer Service was very friendly.

    Too many people hanging around the hotel building. Hotel refrigerator in the suite had a horrible odor. We had to be moved due to broken air conditioning. Parking was too expensive.

    The staff was super friendly. This includes valet, front desk and breakfast staff. Very, very nice.

    Parking was not optimal, however, there appeared to be several events and the crowd was harder for the valet staff to accommodate.

    The staff was very friendly and the breakfast was amazing. The breakfast staff would sing and make sure we enjoyed everything. The valet girl was extremely nice and looked like she enjoyed her job.

    The sofa bed was awful. We had to put the mattress on the floor but it just made it a little better.
