Wi-fi a tiny bit slow; route from parking area below hotel to elevators was a headache, especially with a newborn and all the gear that entails, even with a luggage cart.
We had an ocean-view balcony room. Room was spacious and comfortable with lots of natural light. They were shooting for classic vintage decor, which sometimes came across dated, but still well-appointed. Hotel grounds themselves were very handsome. Lots of good restaurants in walking distance, though the mid-week hours of some places were a problem (cupcake shop closes at 5 pm? Pubs not open at 5 pm? Why, God, why?). Staff were friendly; continental breakfast was okay, but I was hoping for more for the price. They do make fresh waffles but everything else seems like grocery store fare.
