Unbelievable stay, quality of room and facilities 2nd to none. Will definitely stay again and recommend.
Paying for wifi, really should be free
Almost every thing
Wi fi should be free and breakfast included
Excellent location, nice views, amazing staff, and a lovely shower head.
Friendly staff and great location
The location was perfect. We were able to walk or catch a trolley to wherever we wanted to go. Loved the surroundings near the water and the Italian restaurants were excellent. We actually walked from the Northside Station to the hotel.
The only thing which was a little frustrating, was the remote on the TV. Minor, but with the quality of the hotel, the remote should be top notch. Although we didn't need wifi, it should be complimentary in a hotel of this caliber.
I liked the bathroom shower was excellent
There was nothing I sidnt like place was amazing
Everything about the stay was superb. To top it the USS Constitution did a 21 gun salute directly outside the hotel. Close to little Italy.
Location - right on the waterfront. Room with harbour view requested and got. Loved the views from our room. Room very comfortable and bathroom excellent. Easy to walk to excellent restaurants on Hanover Street. Desk staff very helpful, suggesting places to eat and visit and will book them for you. Easy access to Freedom Trail and Trolley rides.
Breakfast pricey! No swimming pool which would be expected of hotel of this grade. WiFi expensive so didn't bother, again hotel of this standard WiFi ought to be free.
Loved the area, staff was very helpful, was in the process of a change-over so there were a few hiccups, but would stay there again.loved the weekend jazz
The valets were amazing, very helpful and friendly
The girls at checkin desk were all rude and and belittling. The hotel overcharges for everything. I would not recommend this hotel to an enemy.
Great location - especially for access to the North End.
Worn (dingy gold colored) carpet, used toothpaste tube in bathroom waste can upon our arrival. Hand held shower, no pressure. Dusty headboard on beds, refrigerator so packed with beverages for sale, there was no room for our apples, cider and personal health foods. Service man arrived to inventory the refrigerator, 30-minutes after our arrival, long day and we had just lied down, to see what the previous guests had used and found 1/2 used bottle of seltzer. Dust in TV console, that housed TV box. Bathroom sink backing up and slow to drain. No EVS to clean room or bring towels, we had to find her at 5 PM to get towels. Charged me for Wi-Fi, then found out that I am a President's Club member. Sorry, but this was hardly positive experience or the stay we've had in the past.
The location. The atmosphere. The anticipation of a great night.
Left my room at 8am cam back at 4pm. She had to do my room with me in it! How uncomfortable!! Can't wash up or anything for my night because of this.... Restrraunt in hotel told me to wait an hour for a seat. Told me to sit for an hour. Two hours later I checked on the status. He forgot about me. Said hold tight he'll get me outside right away.... Another hour.... I paid top dollar for this????
This hotel complex is super. It is right on the Harbor with super views. Everything is mostly within walking distance and located next to Little Italy. The staff was very helpful and nice.
Like it all
Refreshment amenities, including breakfast the ability to open room windows. Location and history of location.
Staff were very helpful particularly David who could tell you everything you need to know about Boston. Rooms very clean and comfortable. We were in the gold building where all te staff knew you by name, breakfasts hors d'euvres and light deserts all included in our stay which was a bonus, also soft drinks and hot drinks throughout the stay. Hotel a few minutes walk from Hanover street with all the great restaurants and also not far from the main city and Dock for the boats to many of the other city's such as salem. The harbour walk is a pleasure. Room was so comfortable with a view of the water and the most comfortable bed we have slept in. Would definitely like to stay here again if in Boston the staff really make you feel at home.
The internet slow and instable!
Good location, good view.
Frontdesk staff were kind but the other staff were not so helpful. While trying hard to open the doors with my little kid and our baby stroller, staff were just watching us. The climatisation was not sufficient. It is too expensive comparing with its services and facilities.
Upgraded on arrival to a junior suite, so had access to residents' lounge with free breakfast, coffee during the day etc. Comfortable bed, spacious bathroom, slightly off the main drag so less noise than most hotels, I suspect.
Our first room was so noisy from an AC unit on the roof that I couldn't sleep; our pillow was vibrating to the low rumble! The Night Manager visited at 2.00am and concurred but couldn't move us - they were full. Had a terrible night's sleep. Upgraded again for our second night with a hand-written apology and champagne (which arrived after we'd gone out to dinner; a shame!) but they still charged us for the two nights! The Aragosta Restaurant is very average - poor selection of food, quite good wines, but lacking atmosphere, surprisingly cold and not cheap! Don't bother to eat here - there are 100s of restaurants within minutes of this hotel.
A very nice quiet location for a weekend full of rest and relaxation if you want but not far at all from the hustle and bustle of the city. While being in the midst of the North End you have your choice of its many, many, many Italian restaurants, pastry shops, icecream parlors, sandwhich shops, little markets and small boutiques. We enjoyed walking the narrow streets and reading the menus posted outside each restaurant and contemplating where we might have dinner. From there you could head to the waterfront and Faneuil Hall for many more shops, eateries and Boston history. One day we really enjoyed the 2 decker bus and its history being told by the driver...you may hop on and hop off for further discovery. You may take public transportation or a cab to any section or site of the city. The city has a wonderful Art museum as well as an Aquarium and Museum of Science and many smaller museums. So much to see and do...
I was disappointed in the hotel a bit...a room with a better view was not available, low water pressure, cleanliness of the room, outside dining not available for 3 hours and its valet only parking.
Great location. Timely response to inadequate bed.
A queen size bed that qualified as a small double!
The room was fantastic , so comfortable; friendly staff; you never felt like you were in a hotel. Walking distance to Boston's Northend and other local sites.
Very good staff but they act a little too stiff, clean, location is close to things but not in the middle of all the tourist activity, quiet inside
A little overpriced, no pool, have to pay for internet access which is ridiculous in this day and age
