excellent staff really kind and helpful.
I was sweating all night the ac was set as low as it could go but it was still really hot. overpriced vallet, as well as everything else. would have had a better trip had I gone with holiday inn.
Very polite and helpful staff. The Starbucks on site was nice. My room was very spacious.
The safe would not work and the bathroom was real small but other than that, it was a very nice place and I would stay there again.
Rooms are very nice. Pool are nice. Staff helpful
Not having free wifi available in the guest rooms
The concierge was of great help, Philip Powell took care of all of our needs for the week. The change of room and car service for the whole time we were there! Tony Benett was also a great help and made our stay worth it.
The first clerk was of no help when we had an issue with our room location and seemed to have a bit of an attitude. Thank goodness for Philip who stepped in to help.
Service is outstanding Hotel is beautiful Location fit our needs
Great stay at the Fairmont Dallas!! All the accommodations were excellent. Friendly staff, too! Enjoyed the bar/lounge and restaurant, too. It was unexciting weekend for us…Go Bruins!
Nothing to complain about!
The hotel and restaurant were nice. I attended a conference there, and generally enjoyed the facility.
The business center didn't have a computer that could read a USB drive. This was a serious inconvenience, as I needed to modify a presentation for the conference I was attending. After receiving little help from the staff, I traveled offsite (costing both time and money) to find a computer that could read the drive and to e-mail the presentation to myself, so that I could work on it in the business center. After returning to the business center, I was unable to access my e-mail because of family controls set on the machine. Then accessing the internet on my I-pad in my room was a challenge taking 30 minutes and 3 phone calls. Then when I was in the lobby and in the conference rooms, the network was different, (because it was free in these locations) but it was so slow, it was nearly unusable. I had one day of the business trip that I had intended to take to enjoy myself and see the city, but instead of being able to do this, I spent the bulk of the day figuring out all the computer and network issues which should have taken 30 minutes, had the proper equipment been available in working order. This experience left me stressed and frustrated, instead of feeling relaxed and prepared.
Room was a good size. Swimming pool area was nice. Staff on front desk were helpful. Price for this stay was VERY affordable for this type of hotel.
Bar staff in the main lobby.
Recommend upgrading to Club Lounge. Service from staff in club lounge was excellent, staff very polite and helpful.

The long islands
Very well located hotel situated in downtown Dallas. Rooms were spacious and clean and beds were extremely comfortable. Pool terrace was also very impressive. Above all, received excellent service from hotel concierge particularly Tony Bennett who showed us the famous Southern hospitality that Texas are known for.
The room itself was clean
The water pressure in the shower was horrible. The cups on the bathroom counter were dirty.
Nice pool, wonderful view from rooftop. 5 blocks walking distance to everything going on in area
Beds were small, no breakfast offered with stay, elevator was hot. No parking provided for guests. Had to pay for parking across the street in a parking lot that was run down, and wasn't monitored by patrol car, etc.
Movies at the pool! Amazing
A reasonable gym Good breakfast staff Pleasant receptionists
Low numbers of staff on reception during daytime Parking - valet only
It had a wonderful feel Excellent room & facilities Attentive & knowledgeable staff
Staff was friendly!
