Location , the room , the balcony
The bathroom is very small and not very new
Lovely older place. Felt like I had traveled back 30 years, classic style with current comfort accessories.
we like everything but the restaurant.the food and drinks were just louzy and expensive. there are some nice restaurants down the street. Don't bother with the hotel restaurant.
Staff Location View
Parking fees Internet fees Both high
I liked that all promised in emails was taken care of upon my arrival! Hotel staff was great, checked in and was in my room within 10 minutes.
Honestly, cannot complain
The hotel is a bit old, but well mintained
Beautiful hotel with excellent location, yummy food, great bar, nice pool
Good Hotel. Good Location. Good Staff
Noisy corridors and noisy outside. Restaurant FIG is average
Nice big room - double the size of standard hotel room, spotlessly clean, great service, wonderful location, impeccable staff.
Some noise from the people leaving the popular night club, crowded pool area. But overall a wonderful hotel and a great base to see the best of LA
Pretty much everything. The hotel is beautiful and comfortable, with excellent service and food. The staff are friendly and helpful. I love the place.
Can't think of anything.
Loved this hotel great location. Suites were fantastic no noise at all. Staff were helpful and friendly and concierge arranged trips for us with ease
Big room Great bed Somewhat quiet
ratty rug in bathroom dust all over the blinds the hallway to room was one of the ugliest i've seen in a long while
Ryan was terrific and very personable.
Beds were a little too soft and room was really dry,...but clean and spacious. Housekeeping did a great job
Location, location, location. And very "nice" in general, with the grounds and bungalows. I would stay there again and recommend, although a bit pricey for what you get.
The bungalow party goes late almost every night and is very loud (until very late). I would never stay in a room on that side of the tower again. The pool is just so crowded. The only time we wanted to eat at the restaurant it was closed.
Very nice hotel and location. But too pricey and expensive.
Drunk people inside the hotel... we were freaked out and couldn't sleep.
The location and the bungalow loung is the only best things in this hotel
Rooms r so tiny... I was in doubl beds room. It's suppose to b an oceon view which is not. All balcony r on the side of the tower. So u can't exactly have a sea view. It's a super expensive hotel for no reason apart from the location. I've bn to luxury hotels b4 n this one is at the bottom of the list in my opinion
Noise from Tiki bar was intrusive and kept me awake until 2 am. I don't need "Billy Jean" by Michael Jackson at that time of day. I should have asked to move to a room overlooking the pool, but was only there for two nights so didn't bother.
I like the location and ocean view
Need to be more clean
It is the best hotel in Santa Monica. Great location.
Little over priced especially for the size of the room, one would expect something larger.
staff, service, attention to client
Location and scenery
Breakfast area is so smLl and varieties is limited with very high price
location is just nearby the beach
Breakfast was not included in the room charge. very expensive breakfast compare with American free BB. you have to wait at least 20 min to have your omelet ready.
everything except the breakfast - the location . rooms and swimming pool were all great.
breakfast was expensive and not that good - worst and most expensive breakfast we had during our stay.
