Friendly and Caring- Fabulous -we really felt taken care of.

The room was a little small.

the lovely old world elegance in modern, up to the minute renovated spaces. I would recommend this hotel to anyone, enthusiastically!

No free wifi.

Centrally located and quiet. Lots of comfortable features and good exercise equipment. Very comfortable beds and very clean.

I do not recall anything I didn't like.

Concierge staff were fabulous -- very helpful and friendly . Door men also very , very friendly -- always welcoming . Check in staff great -- friendly . In fact all staff were fabulous.

Everyone was very friendly and we felt very taken care of.

The hotel is beautiful - very historic and centrally located. All staff members were very friendly and helpful, My 11-year-old son loved the pool and I loved the huge hot tub and fitness facilities. We were able to easily walk to Pike Place Market, the shopping district, the pier and the aquarium.

My son and I woke at 4:50 A.M. to blaring fire alarms and had to evacuate the building, climbing down the steps from the 11th floor. It took a long time for the fire department to clear the buildling and reset the elevators which left my son and I waiting outside in the cold (and wearing pajamas).

Every thing was. Excellent staff ,location ,clean, and free wifi feel like home .

The staff were uniformely welcoming and competent. Rooms were beautifully decorated and clean. Room service was prompt and responsive. Location cannot be better - close to restaurants, shopping and the business district.

I love the appearance and hospitality. The valet was great, and the checkin was very quick and informative.

There was a used Starbucks K-cup in my coffee maker from the past occupant. I was not pleased with this at all. I was also not pleased that I had a selection of Tullys coffee instead of the previous Starbucks selection.

Its overrated...for the price you pay a customer deserves more....without having to pay for it.

All the staff were so friendly and welcoming and so proud of the Hotel, which was nice to hear. We travel extensively as a family and the Olympic Fairmont Hotel would have to be one of the best hotels we have stay in. Spotless, friendly and Old World Charm, with good old fashioned manners and service.

Price of the car parking and internet.

Service is excellent-suite very comfortable and nicely appointed-location near 5th Avenue Theater is very convient-our son conducts orchestra there

Simply elegant and very accomodating. The food is excellent both in the Garden Room and at Shucker's. Have stayed there many times and will continue to do so when in Seattle.

awesome customer service, very polite and helpful staff. House luxury car to take us where we wanted to go so I did not have to move my car from the parking valet.

I loved the Reebok gym gear. The location is excellent. The staff couldn't be friendlier or more informed, particularly the The female concierge and Patrick. I really enjoyedy trip.

Original room 418 to hot unable to control room temperature, replacement 710 was great
