The meal plan, the internet access plan, and the parking closeness Most locations give internet access free these days. Many include full buffet breakfast without an upcharge.

the hotel was beautiful and clean. Staff was courteous. Pool hours were great.

I think the bathroom should have a fan for better ventilation. The sink seemed too separate from the bathroom. Wifi should be free.

The room is clean and very comfortable. Location is good. Environment is safe.

I received confirmation that the room rate is $79 a night plus 9% tax. However you drew $134.14 from my credit card. Please explain the difference. I will not recommend Fairview Park Marriott to other travelers if you do not honor your agreement.

Quiet, clean, with nice ambience in all areas. Extremely convenient to D.C. and our family. Staff very congenial and helpful. Our second visit and we will continue to stay whenever we are in the area.

We have stayed at this hotel previously, when we can we prefer to stay there. The rooms are spacious and the staff is very helpful.

Indoor and outdoor pool. Great breakfast

I still have hard time that a 5 stars hotel is charging $12.75 per day for Wifi access. In 2012 it is free almost everywhere even in some very cheap motel

Secluded grounds away from noise. Choice of cheap and expensive restaurants within complex. Nice eating a short drive away.

Pillows, not soft enough. Smallish bathroom.

I liked the staff. Very friendly and willingnness to make you comfortable. Hotel is beautiful

I expected more from the hotel. The room was not correct. The room with a king size bed, has the tv on one side of the bed. Prefer to have tv at the foot of the bed. Rooms are very small. Bathroom area is also very small. Air conditioning did not work very well. Had periods of the room being comfortable and then during the night, the room became very hot. Breakfast has a good variety, but bagels could be smaller and not so full of bread. Should also offer free wi-fi like most hotels.

Your coffee availability, your food was very good, pool and excercise rooms and cleanliness

Sink made noise all night, having to pay for internet in business center beds were hard and uncomfortable

The Staff!

That it was not near enough nor offered a store. The "gift shop" is extremely limited with offerings for packaged foods, sundries, and other necessary miscellaneous.

I liked that it was fairly close to both Alexandria VA and Washington D.C., two places on our to-do list.

It seems to be common issue with hotels these days, the rooms are drabby and do not seem to be the best kept. I have doubts the floor had been vacuumed.

Primarily location- also good parking facilities. No problem involved in asking for an early check-in.

Clean, friendly staff, reasonably priced when booked the day of our visit.

I like the hotel. I just didn't like the way they handle the charges.

I was ripped off. My receipt says $97.01 but my bank account says that I was charged $144.79. I called my banker to unauthorized the charge and called back the hotel to complain. There was no wifi in the room then I complained, they asked me to sign up for the $12.99 wifi charge but will not be billed.

Location, parking, clean, pleasant rooms.

In the room has no refrigerator and safe. Expensive internet in the room

The hotel is well-designed. It's conveniently located, only 11 miles from D.C. I enjoyed my stay there.
