Very clean and quiet
No refrigerator or Microwave
Clean rooms, very comfy bed. Quiet.
Found nothing we didn't like.
Rooms were very clean, staff was friendly, and was a great value for the area.
No coffeemakers in the room, but coffee was available in the breakfast area, so wasn't much of an inconvenience.
Location, away from the noise
Beds were horrible, lighting was poor, breakfast room was only big enough for 15 people yet 50 people tried to have breakfast. TV was very old and remote control buttons were wore out. Commode would not stop running. Not worth the money. Barely one step above a tent.
We booked a room at a higher price because it said breakfast was included but when we got there it was a continental breakfast for all. this needs to be changed on the website. Very misleading.
Good location Very Clean Nice staff
Mini refrigerator in room
being kicked out for there sewage line over flowing and the fact I had to miss the show we came to see plus they took $500.00 from my bank account plus the cost of room the motel was nice but the owners unable to thank
Good clean rooms in good repair. Everything worked. Good access to two very good restaurants. Easy up front parking. We would use them again.
The morning desk clerk was not friendly. It was like it was an inconvenience to wait on you. When our room was cleaned after day one, some of the dirty rags and towels were left in the room. They did leave new clean ones.
Location was nice
Breakfast area is very crowded
loved the creek running behind the hotel. It had rained a lot so the creek was beautiful.
very nice place. off of the strip so it was quiet, but not too far out of the way. we will stay here again.
The location was very nice you were out from the crowds but close to everything.
the web site said there would be frig and mirco. did not say it would cost extra per appliance per day. linen was not changed in the six days we stayed. you had to request iron, ironing board, hair dryer, coffee maker. the breakfast that you had to indicate that you wanted included was cereal, bread, bagels and donuts. probably won't go back and would not recommend.
Location was nice.... Great food within walking distance....
Needs updated..... If I were staying longer I would prefer a larger room
Liked the location. The room was good.
The breakfast was not so good.
we had a mix in the date we were to check in, they took care of it very fast, and were very fair about it.
we both have back trouble, and the beds were not the most comfortable.
the office being closed in the early a m, we had to wait 45 min to check out
The room itself was ok. The commode run on and off constantly. Anything extra you had to pay extra for like shampoo microwave. No coffee pot. I just expected more. Won't stay again
The rooms seemed fairly clean and they were reasonably priced.
A fridge, microwave and coffee pot are usually standard in most places nowadays. And I had a family of 4 stay there and we only had 3 towels each day.
The fact that there is a creek and the option to cook your own meal on BBQ grills with picnic tables made it feel more like home! We loved Falls Creek Inn and will be booking all trips to Branson there. Its so much more peaceful than booking in the city, being on the outskirts was a great surprise us the creek and grills. The rooms were cleaning the shower we had in 312 was amazing! I've never seen a shower like that, my daughter felt like Areial with the seashell shelving around her. My husband loved the steakhouse being right there with a BBQ restaurant on the other side.
Price Comfort ac worked great close proximity parking Clean (or at least as clean as an older place can be) Friendly staff
Breakfast Electrical problems-sparks from plug between beds when tried to use them, then lamps did not work after that. Lamp cord actually separated from the plug. Needs attention! Bathtub was higher on one side than the other causing a risk for falls.
it was away from 'the strip' and pretty quiet.
the young girl who checked me in was thoroughly unprofessional and dressed horrendously. About the only thing she did was advise where the room was. When we got to the room it was extremely hot so my impression was rather negative. It got a bit better once the room cooled off.
Did not like climbing stairs to third floor.
