Great service, went above and beyond. We came late, but they arranged everything, left a room key at a designated place. Gave a free excursion of Niagara Falls. Thanks!

We loved the "old school" feel of this little motel and the owner was very friendly and attentive. The room was clean, comfortable, and quiet. We booked a queen room but were given Room 4, around back, with two doubles. Not a big deal, but not what we reserved. The room was quiet, but we missed a bit of the "motor court" experience of staying in one of the rooms on the courtyard.

The staff was amazing!! Extremely helpful and so very welcoming and friendly. The rooms were very cute! Its as if we stepped back in time. The whole experience was wonderful! Super close to the falls and other attractions. wonderful experience as a whole. We will returning!! Limited parking

Nice frontdesk service. He gave us more information than we needed. Clean, comfort and affordable enough for staying one night at Niagara. The outside doesn't look fancy, but it's more than enough inside for your needs. We came in a heavy snowing day. Central heat so it's nonadjustable in the room, feel like it's pretty chill in the room. And nothing else we are not happy about.

Clean and comfortable. Accessability, sewers were being installed,road signage badly installed. This inconvenience was not the motel owners fault. Once the roadwork is complete this problem will go away.

The whole setting of the rooms....was very English! And the staff was amazing too :) Can add something for breakfast and drinking water. That would make it a perfect stay here :)

We liked the cleanliness...the room smelled wonderful! We liked that our hosts were very kind and worked around our chaotic schedule. It was also a super benefit that the continental breakfast was served in our room so we could eat at an hour convenient for us. The location is just off the main highway...very easy to find. The room was a bit small....but for our quick, one night stay it was fine.

Budget, service, hospitality, reception, free shuttle to park , free bus passes, breakfast tray Very small and cramped. Airport pickup was expensive. Too far from airport and not a walkable distance from the park. Only one bottle per breakfast is available for free. Extra bottles cost 50c

Small and quaint. Staff very friendly helpful and knowledgable about surroundings. Thank you for making our weekend easy after speaking with you we knew exactly what to do and when There were only 10 rooms so there were not crowds when we came back for the evening it was quiet

The staff was very, very pleasant. Was not possible to control room temperature from within the room (I'm assuming we needed to ask to have it turned up, as there was a sign saying not to touch the thermostat ourselves).

The value for money was good, the place was close to american and canadian attractions in Niagra falls. The reception guy guided us to see the fireworks on Friday. The breakfeast wasn't satisfy.

I like the shuttle services provided by the hotel owner and he was pretty friendly, flexible and made our stay very comfortable and hassle free. And ofcourse the room /bathroom was very clean and left no room for complains.

This is a family run business and so you receive very personalized service, almost as if you are visiting your uncle and his family. It is NOT cookie cutter or high-end, but that is not what we were looking for. We had a special concern and the owner was super attentive and addressed our concern very quickly. The building is old and the layout of the rooms can feel a little awkward and cramped, but it's the price you pay for charm!
