the view was ok
the food was horrible
No parking, there renovating. The garage tight not much space. Another car nearly hit my car due to the tight space. They harass you to get a timeshare with there grungy looking hotel. They take $100 deposit when you check in and won't release the hold for 15 days. They state it's the bank but I've called the bank everyday and it's not the bank. There process is delayed. Other hotels don't need to do this. Their very ghetto no class. Their own staff talk bad about the hotel so that says a lot.
I love the ocean view and privacy and the on site restaurant movie room and gym.
Frequency of shuttle and lack of service directly to the convention center.
That you have to pay for WiFi and that there's no buffet for lunch or dinner and that the breakfast is a buffet only on the weekend.
I loved my room, the view, location, bathroon everything. The space. My Birthday weekend was wonderfu l.
Enjoyed our stay so much we signed up to own a little piece! The staff is great. A little bit old Atlantic City, a little bit new. Looking forward to Atlantic City's future.
We would have liked free WIFI. Unfortunately, as I was standing on the balcony enjoying the sea air and sound of the waves at night, the visitors below us were smoking and I had to retreat back into the room and close the sliding door.
Room security Rooms were in need of TLC and upgrades Quiet time not observed
Walked into an outdated room that looked like something out of Miami Vice. There were peanuts laying all over the bathroom floor. I have a severe nut allergy. The cover on the box spring was stained and there was some kind of substance on the kitchen counter. Went to pick up the phone to call the front desk and there was dirt and grime. I hung it up because I didnt want to touch it. In this current time with bed bugs, Ebola, and other communicable diseases, I need to have confidence that my room is clean. Went to the front desk and asked for a refund. I was suspicious that it was not only my room that had not been cleaned properly and with a severe nut allergy I didnt want to chance it. Well, the housekeeping supervisor played the old "we didnt see anything" game when they went upstairs to check my room. I know I was stupid not to take a picture of the peanuts and filth, but again, that shows you what kind of shoddy establishment I was dealing with. The front desk supervisor refused to give me a refund and then attempted to not give me the name of the housekeeping supervisor so I could file a proper complaint. I don't know what kind of game they're playing over there but I WOULD NOT recommend this hotel to anyone.
The staff in the Kids Zone was very welcoming to my shy 5 year old at the Halloween Party. He enjoyed the games and crafts.
I did not like how a staff member tried to sale me a time share membership in the middle of the lobby, and continued to ask me personal question even after I told her my husband and I would like to discuss it.
Cheap but now i know why
The hotel itself isnt bad at all, its the staff and the way this place is run that makes it so terrible!
-Pricing was great -Spacious room -Large balcony
-Location was decent -Parking was for 1 car per room -Odd elevators
The view from balcony over to Brigantine and the Atlantic ocean,
The shabby neighburhood, A location with no charm at all.
Excellent location. Staff were very friendly and helpful.
With technology today, WiFi should be free.
staff was very friendly the view was excellent
room had 2 beds 1 was dirty . promised us extended shutle service we called at 11pm closed .Took a cab to come back to the bar got back at 11:45 bar was closed.
The staff were awesome.
The elevators take too long to come down.
the view, location
the balcony should be tiled with nice stone, because of the ocean view.
Garage parking is reasonably priced.
Rooms are in need of major renovations. The shower head was hardly functional, the sink leaked, and the bed had a horribly noisy plastic cover. The walls are also paper thin, so in the morning all you hear is doors slamming and the plumbing of other rooms.
The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The condo was nice as well.
Should have more comfortable beds for a timeshare.
View out the window Beds and pillows Walk out to the garage Quick elevators Location of parking garage Location to the city
Unfriendly staff on check out Rude approach to upgrade or buy Freyed carpet in room Leaks from the balcony door Lack of light in kitchen area No free coffee or internet Lack of convenient electric outlets
I loved the balcony with the view. The hotel is so close to the water, that I fell asleep to the sound of waves crashing.
We didn't like that the elevator takes so long during check-in and check-out hours. One woman waited 45 minutes for an elevator. So we ended up taking 12 flights of stairs, so we wouldn't be late for dinner.
The view from the room was nice. The room itself was decent.
The local neighborhood/area seemed rough. Did not feel extremely safe outside of building. Having to pay for WIFI and garage parking was unacceptable. These things should be included free for all guests. Prices in general were high. I did not know these were "time share" units. I thought it was a hotel. For being off season, the elevators seemed slow. Also, how they operated was different than normal elevators. Free shuttle service to local casinos did not run frequently enough. Nor did they run all night.
One of the best I have always choosed blue green property's atlantic palace and flagship are very comfortable
The room was very clean..and our view was very nice. Only stayed one night so did not get to experience the rest of the resort. Just came down to stay for the night because myself and my daughter were attending a concert.
Have never stayed here before. .so did not know about the parking situation. Pulled into the garage cause the front of the hotel was clogged with people double parked. Then was told we had to check in to receive our parking pass. It would have helped to have someone at the parking garage that had a list of ppl checking in. And waiting 20 mins for an elevator was a bit much..but I do understand that they are working on a new elevator system and not all were working.
Everything but elavator
Elevators not working properly and waits up to 20 minutes we walked up 31 floors
