Everything but elavator
Elevators not working properly and waits up to 20 minutes we walked up 31 floors
Sofa bed uncomfortable I don't think there is one that is.
Everything was smoothe and peaceful with easy parking and a wonderful view.

My boyfriend and I were in Atlantic City for the night to see a concert at Boardwalk Hall. It was our first time in Atlantic City. I reserved a suite through booking.com, and it was cheaper than just a room with a bed. And since we were just staying the night all we needed was a room with a bed. Besides the location, everything was clean and the people were pleasant. There are 4 elevators and it was different to punch in the floor number and it told you which elevator to wait for. The room was clean, a little out dated, but still did the job for being in town for one night. We only saw the lobby and our room, so we did not explore any other floors and "attractions" they had within the hotel.
While driving towards the Flagship we noticed the surrounding area did not look that safe, and it was far from the main attractions. When we got to the hotel, we thought it was ridiculous to charge $10 for use of wifi. I also do not like that they automatically charge the security deposit, which is $100, and after you check out it takes up to 48 hours to be credited back to you. The flagship is located on the beach, but it isn't the typical beach, just a rock barrier with a water front view.
Elevators took forever. But they're under renovation let's hope it's different next year. Shower in our bathroom took an hour to drain after each shower.
Elevators and it cost too much
The location was perfect. We were able to look out on the ocean without the hustle bustle of other travelers. The shuttle was excellent. The boardwalk was a safe 10 min walk on clean well lit streets. We did not play at the casinos but all were close to the hotel. Staff were all knowledgeable and ready to suggest the best places to go. The room was clean and housekeeping left personal touches daily. Other review complained about the elevators which are being redone (we saw the workers) but we had no issues and never had to wait. The security of the hotel was excellent.
The stovetop works but very slowly. We cooked some meals in the room to save money but it seemed to take forever
Exhaust in kitchen and wasroom didnot work....ordered food from pizza hut in the facility and the chef was lazy to give 2 sides of hot sauce after tiping and picking my own food up.....ice machine didnt work....complained several times and no one evan staff knows where the ice machine is ...I was told one on each floor and there isant...poor wife and son had yo go look for ice while I was in the shower...no communication what so ever between management and staff.and when asked for to speak with management I was put thru to different people . After a 9 hr drive from Toronto canada one would be curtsey to give you your room early....I was declined....to top that I had to pay for parking and then couldnt connect to internet ...no wifi....had to pay and at that yime I refused to pay or buy....or stay longer.......I also stayed in Virginia norfolk at super 8....staff was friendly got free parking,wifi for internet and the ice machined worked.....and it was ocean view.+ breakfast bar free...just light stuff but great
I would like a partial refund a complementry stay at a later day and time providing all issues are resolve....and free parking and internet.I do have several friends and family that like to stay some place nice and would like to come together or seperate...so all depends if you like future business from me....Im a small business owner and I have never done buisness this way and keep in mind word of mouth goes a long way.
Loved the hotel room and balconies amenities were perfect
that the website states they are at the start of the boardwalk, has nothing to do with booking itself but when i I researched further I liked the sound of being able to walk down the boardwalk to the beach, however the boardwalk has not been fixed and is somewhat a sad reminder or eye sore. However the hotel provides a shuttle to the boardwalk and is not far from the beach if you chose to walk.
I like how friendly and helpful the staff are. I also like how quiet it is. I always feel at ease when I stay there. No noisy neighbors . I like the feel of being home while being away from home. The views of the ocean are and the lights at night are beautiful depending on location of the resort.
Garage Parking Size of room Balcony Staff was very nice
Area outside felt unsafe Pool area was way too hot and overwhelming with chlorine fumes. Check in time Getting to the boardwalk by foot was very indirect.
The Staff was Great everyone from the Maids to The Valets and in between were very helpful and NICE. Rooms were Very Clean. Liked having the indoor Pool for when Rain happened for 2 days. Game room Good for the Kids and Laundry room is great to have after the BEACH.
I was not too fond of the countless people(mostly Teens and Older) Running around in Bathing suits . PLEASE POST POLICY and EXPLAIN To ALL. COVER-UPS need to be worn when Out of the Pool Area. I'm Not a Prude but some people should check a Mirror sometimes. The restaraunt closes at 9pm Too Early!!!
While my overall stay was good. The room was nice and clean had a great view and lots of amenities like a kitchen. The pool and hot tub facilities were clean and in good shape. The staff even after waking me up in the middle of the night were very friendly.
I found that the booking.com listing was very misleading. It says that there is a prepayment of $100 which leads you to believe that you pay $100 of your room cost then the rest at checkout. Apparently this is not the case what they really mean is it is a $100 security deposit in top of the cost of your room so now I essentially paid double unexpectedly and had less money to use on my vacation. This could have been even worse if someone didn't have that extra money. Please change your listing. The worst part is they actually put $187 on hold in my bank not just the $100 as the listing and then the front desk agent said. So now they are tying up even more money I can not use. Then during the night of my stay I had a room right next to the maids closet. Now I understand that they have a 24 hour crew to keep up with the guest but I found it rather rude when I was woke up at 4:30 am and 7:30 am by the maid staff standing right outside my for having a rather loud conversation waking me up. I am on vacation I do not want to be awake before I have to be. That sure as heck wasn't 4:30 am.
The room was nice
That we were first sent to a room that was being renovated. We had to go back downstairs and get another room. This took about an hour. The staff didn't care. Also, the elevators were ridiculous.
1-When calling, I was told that there was NO availability. Online, however, I was able to find availability via Booking.com. Wasted time! 2-Only Time Share Owners had free benefits of: Parking, Internet, choice of room type & movies.

I didn't like how it was no way to talk to anyone prior to the trip about my reservaton before I arrived. My family was split up all over the hotel. We had six rooms and were on four different floors. In a hotel with that many rooms I feel You could have done better. This happened because there was no customer service before we arrived.

Little pricy , but probably because it was 4th of July weekend.
Flagship front desk staff were the best. We had an issue checking in, but, they worked with us, and saved my family's vacation. Our room was beautiful, and spacious, with a kitchenette, the view was spectacular. Our kids LOVED the room, and pool. Excellent overall. We look forward to staying again.
