I liked the fact that it is right off the interstate, the staff was really friendly and helpful
I have a bad back, and it was difficult for me to get a peaceful sleep on their mattress
The motel was in a decent location near the highway. Checking in was easy and the price was great. I only stayed for one night. The room eas clean and ccomfortable. Overall no real problems. Would recommend for a short stay.
I needed to use the WiFi and had to pay for it. I think it should be Free. The people in Fayetteville are slow and weird! Apparently there is a high crime rate. Be prepared to be stopped by state troopers for "having out of state tags" ridiculous... No matter who you are.
Charged per day for the use of the Internet. Charged $10.00 higher for the room than posted. would not honor the reservation price. Was told if canceled the room, would still be charged for the room.
cheap towels, no toiletries, no mat for tub, no tissues, no free wifi
The staff was friendly. The room was decently clean.
The pool was not open, which is why we chose this hotel. It is very hot in NC in August! The motel is more of a truck stop. There were people hanging around outside all night, which made us nervous. Also, there are signs all over that say, "For your safety, lock your car, lock your room and secure the safety catches...etc." signed the State Police. The bed was very uncomfortable and the bedding had holes and burn marks in it. The TV was tiny and the volume was impossible to control. Also, the staff did not clean our rooms at all during our three day stay, nor did they replace our towels or soap until I asked on the third day. I am not usually the type to be negative about anything, but this hotel pushed me to my limits.
Everything was in order
Did not have any dislikes
Even though I did not take the time to use the pool, I appreciate that the motel has one.
Not a modern HD TV screen, the pillow cases were not on the pillows - I had to go to the office and ask for some and put them on myself. Did not offer anything more than coffee in the morning.
The staff was extremely friendly and helpful
Facility far from city center. Facility in desperate need of renovation whole thing need s to be gutted and re-done.
Like the location
Dislike that people LIVE there. Transients. Drinking, sitting outside. They even had a grill. Room was a little dirty, especially carpet and walls. There were also ants with wings in the room.
Price was great.
It was very basic, which we anticipated, but they didn't have shampoo, kleenex.
Very little, as we did not stay. As the record shows we made reservations well in advance of our trip. The front desk clerk was fairly nice.
Poor administration! As Booking.com records will show, reservations were made well in advance of trip, included advisement that arrival after 8PM, and needed "no smoking" room. However, when we arrived at 8:15 we were advised that someone had given our "reserved room" to someone else, but they did have 2 rooms available, one handicap room, and a smoking room. Since Shirley is recovering from hip surgery, we agreed to look at handicap room, rejected as disinfectant smell was so strong it hurt to inhale. Feeling a bit desperate we agreed to check smoking room, also rejected as stale smoke smell so strong it could be smelled over 6 feet from door. Clerk was apologetic, but totally unable to do more than issue full credit refund. The manager was never involved at all, even after it was obvious how upset we were. When the clerk was asked if they could help us find a room, she said there was nothing she could do. The response from Motel 6, Eric Harden, was an obvious polite brush-off. Will never stay at Motel 6, will never recommend them.
Price, location (close to highway and many restaurants)
Room smelled as though it had been a smoking room in the not-too-distant past; cigarette smoke odor was evident as soon as I opened the door. The TV was quite small and the TV remote was difficult to use (buttons were almost non-responsive). The entrance to the hotel was also difficult to see, particularly at night.
People smoking dope on the sidewalk. Need I say more?
They advertised a pool. The pool had no water in it???
The smell, the floors, had to walk to get an iron
Friendly Staff and Cleanliness
Internet was slow
convenient for travelers and good value.
We asked for a non smoking room and when we entered it smelled like smoke. We asked for another room and our request was immediately granted. A/C unit outside made loud noises all night
Cost for room was reasonable. Accessibility was great. No noise heard from other rooms on either side.
Lack of towels, toilet was plugged and there was a soft spot in front of the toilet in the flooring. Room 114
Excellent customer service.
Higher priced wkend rates.
Very friendly people
A lot of prostitute looking people.no offense if they werent
bed was comfortable, close to good eating place.
The Price and the bed
internet was not free
the room was okay
That i was told to pay a higher amount when I arrived at the hotel and that the room I booked was not available and I had to choose a different room when I had already booked my room for a particular price beforehand. That was not fair. And the black lady with short black hair with red/orange dyed in the front was very rude about it.
Convenient to I95.
Tucked away and hard to find .... caused consternation upon driving into
