old school tv.
In the morning when other people were showering our shower would stop pumping out water. It would just shut off in the middle of the shower.
Convenient location. We enjoyed the Rooftop Restaurant, it was a nice start to the day.
While we stayed there was often times where the trash was over flowing an laying on the floor around the ice machine. Looked very poor for presentation.
It is good overal
reasonable rates I also liked the roof top bar.didn't spend enough time to take advantage of the pool
No iron,or coffee pot. the shower was horrible. the drain always backed up so by the time your shower was done you were standing in 2 inches of water.they were quick showers to cause 1 min it was cold the next was hot
Overall enjoyed my stay facilities were adequate for the price.
Building in general need some repairs bathroom skirting rotting. Pool needs a facelift. The staff however were courteous. The accommodation was basic for our needs.
very close to beach, view was good on our side, looked nicely cleaned and didn't have bad experience with staff. i would come back again and recommend friends as long as i keep being treated with respect and the rooms look good.
many things like tile, ceiling, walls, shower needed quick attention, i expected a little more out of the bathroom for what i paid.
The location was great! Not far from the beach. Near shopping and great restaurants! Quiet. Convenient bar with great drinks and good food.
Disappointed with the restaurant. The food was not very good and the service was terrible.
The pool and hot tub was very nice. Also the restaurant was delicious but extremely pricy.
The cost of the room was extremely high for a two night stay. I expected to at least have a coffee pot and hair dryer. The room defiantly needs remodeled and updated ( flat screen TV, coffee pot, hair dryer) especially the bathroom walls and ceiling and the bath tub.
Indoor Pool Beds Having bar in the hotel
Front Desk guy was not very friendly Breakfast was cold but kitchen had an employee pass out
That the outlet in bathroom was broke.
The staff was super friendly. The rooms were very clean and the noise volume was extremely low! I would recommend this room to everyone.
We liked the restaurant on the top floor. We requested to have our room changed(Bike week and we were on the street side) It was changed no problem.
The noise came into the room.
Beds too hard. Poor water pressure. Rooms need updating.
I found my room to be clean, bed comfortable, bathroom clean and ample stocked with towels and etc.., as well as the sheets and pillows. Good location.
It was nice, comfortable, and a great deal for the money! Would definitely stay there again.
There was no balcony.
Very noisy air conditioning system. Poor shower water quality.
The beds were comfortable and the hotel was in a good location, close to the events and places we planned on going.
The front desk was appaulling. I had put in a request to get a room available by 1 pm since we would be traveling 5 hours and were told that not one room was available. Excuses after excuses, the front desk did not accommodate nor did they want to check with housekeeping. I work at a hotel and I know at least a few rooms are available by 1pm. Aside from that, front desk wouldn't even give us a cab number.
room was close to beach, adequate parking, no noise, pet occupancy or smoker issues.
Reception was severly under staffed. There was a lobby full of gues waiting to check out whil I was waiting to check in and the reception desk was busy for quite some time on the phone dealing with 1 guess future date booking problem. Priority should be the guess in the hotel. Also, both the shower and sinks were clogged and very very slow to drain...I do not like take a shower in still puddle of murky water at my ankles. Sorry.
Free coffee was nice..not that big of a deal considering its the first hotel ive stayed w/ no coffee pot In The room!
If id of known they were not queen beds id of notbooked there
The indoor pool
No balcony, staff wasn't friendly, and wasn't clean.
Pretty much nothing other than it was at the beach.
The bathroom was retrofitted for handicapped guests and honestly I don't know how anyone could find comfort or usefulness in it. Any normal size human can't sit on the toilet without a cold metal apparatus leaning against your side. I also don't see how a handicapped person can benefit from it's position. What a sorry attempt to meet the minimum standard for accessibility. When we complained about the room ( we paid close to $900 for 3 nights) we were met with snotty sarcasm & an argumentative staff. I would sleep in my car before I gave this place my money again.
Close to beach
Water pressure low. Ceilings and walls could use work. Just not what I expected.
Nothing to be honest
good location, reasonable rate
very loud neighbors, sounded like 10 people in the room, also loud in the hallway; had room across from elevator so could hear that + ice machine too
