The Food at the Roof Restaurant was awesome,
Asked for a Tea bag was told they ae available only from 8-11am. Some other nice gentleman finally gave me one. Shower Head was not working properly. Stain in front of Bathroom Rug. No Coffee Pot in Room. Tv reception was noy too good. Decor was old. Pool area was old especially the Hot Tub. We will not be back. Hallway was very cold Friday night, was ok Saturday.
Just going through and needed a bed and coffee. They had it, I slept well.
I didn't stay long enough to find out.
I asked to book a quiet room. I got next to the ice machine. checked out the next day
Bar in hotel
the location, the room was comfortable, and the bar was good after the Ravens game was over.
the Ravens Roost where they could only air the Ravens game. My room key did not work and they had to have maintenance change my lock, which took awhile.
Staff was super friendly. The bed was like a dream. The room was clean and large.
There was a musty smell, the wallpaper was peeling and there were a lot of cracks in the ceiling. Seemed like they should do some remodeling.
GREAT LOCATION. ROOFTOP RESTAURANT WAS OUTSTANDING.
ROOM NEEDED SOME REPAIR, IT'S AN OLDER HOTEL.
Price was reasonable
Water pipe directlly behind headboard so every time toilets were flushed on floors above our 3rd floor room it felt and sounded like a water fall right behind our headboard. Light in bathroom was very dim and eventually went out completely.
When presented witht the insect problem relocated us promply without hesitation.
Found bugs in bed and room
Easy access from highway. Room was clean. On premise bar.
No safe in room to store valuables. Rooms are outdated. Windows do not open.
remembering all the good times i had here back in the 1980s.
my short stay:(
comfortable clean & neat pleasant staff
no exhaust fan no suitcase holder no towel racks bureau drawer difficult to open drain stopper not work needs another chair no friction foot surface in shower no continental brkfst
Stayed one night for my wife's birthday, the room was very nice, clean and tidy. Bathroom was perfect. View was okay (stayed on second floor ocean side) they have a great place for breakfast on the top floor and a bar. Pool area was nice (indoor).
A little way from the boardwalk, so you may need to take a bus or drive. That is the only downside
The location was great & the view from the restaurant on the top floor was lovely.
The room smelled really musty & could've been cleaner. AC was terribly noisy. TV was really bad. Pillows leave a lot to be desired.
Bathrooms had no fan exhaust. There were no outlets. I had to request three times for a blow dryer. The first two were broke. I will never stay there again.
The only pleasant thing about my stay was the very polite maid.
My entire hallway smelled like straight cigarette smoke. My room smelled horrible. My bed was so uncomfortable and I could hear EVERYONE in all the rooms around me at all times. I visited the restaurant/bar on the roof and I spent 20 minutes at the bar alone and the bartender completely ignored me to watch the Orioles game. I ended up leaving the hotel to get something to eat because I was starving. The TV in my room was super small, constantly fuzzy and 50% of the channels didn't work. No kitchen area, only a small refrigerator with a microwave sitting on top of it. Disgusting bathroom vent without a filter and holes in the walls. No hair dryer. Disgusting sink and shower had no pressure because the nob that had to be pulled to make the shower start would only pull halfway.
Roof Top Bar and restaurant. Beds were very comfortable, rooms were quiet.
Pool area needs to be upgraded. Too much chlorine, roof falling apart. No hair dryer in the room.
light traffic compared to civic center area
There was hair on every towel . The tv did not work nor did the refridge
Stay there 2 times a year. First time room smelled musty. All other stays have been excellent.
Sheet had blood stains on it. The refrigerator was broken. The wallpaper was coming off of the walls. The floor was dirty. I didnt dare to walk on the floor barefoot. The bathroom had stains on the walls. The facility outside reamed of a dumpster odor. The best thing about the whole trip was that the showerhead had excellent water pressure. Thats it.
We did enjoy the location, staff, and availability of pool area and roof top rest.
The cleanliness of the bathroom was poor. The caulking around the tub area was black and somewhat moldy. The room itself was a sufficient size and needed updated furniture to improve its visual comforts. Carpeting was so poor we wore our flip/flops to insure picking up and cross/contaminated funk on the floor. The hotel has incredible potential the owners just need to spend the coins.
old school tv.
