Didn't feel very clean- needs updating
Location , price of room !
Needs new bedding an floors cleaned need fridg !
Helpfulness of staff, value for the money, location, cleanliness
The price and location are very good. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly.
Only have double beds.
The only good thing about this hotel is the location.
Dirty, needs updating badly!
The lodging was a bit old and not in the best of repair, but comfortable enough and value priced.
They let us check in early and told us about all the attractions and about tours that we could take by catching a bus right there in their lobby!! Very friendly staff!!!
We only had two days to explore Nashville which was not their fault!!
The staff was very helpful. The location was good for what I was doing. The room was clean and comfortable. The room rate was fair and we had the best sleep on the road we have had in a while.
The weather strip around the door was worn out and light came in. I went to the front desk and asked for a towel to put under the door. The ladies wworking that night offered to move me to another room and were very helpful and understanding. I was in room 144 which is in a good location.
Location drive up to door room.
AC didnt work good, high humidy weather should always have good working ac. beds were only double, hard for friends to share bed dated look and appliances below average room
First floor access was nice. Rooms were cleaned every morning by the staff and they were clean for the most part. The staff was very nice and pleasant and the maintenance guy brought my husband a paper every morning.
The continental breakfast was not good. Out of regular coffee early and not located on the first floor. We had to walk up three flights of stairs. Only offered a muffin and a donut. We visited on the first morning and did not return. The toilet leaked. We had to keep a towel down all the time. The floor board was ripping up near the front door. We didn't mind that the hotel was very dated, but repairs need to be done. The pool was ok but located right behind a restaurant and seemed part of it instead of the hotel.
Bathroom light had short, they come two times to fix. Third time it went out was in the shower and was left completely in the dark, and had to feel around to find the door to let light in. After the third time and wasn't offered no refund or different room we just left the bathroom light on all the time. Was disappointed they didn't either fix, move us, discount, or refund.
Dirty rooms Horrible beds Odors Breakfast was a joke
We arrived at the in late afternoon and were checked in quickly. The hospitality was warm and friendly, the staff were helpful and they went out of their way to help us in any way possible. When returning to Nashville, I will stay at The Fiddler's Inn with out second thought!
The area where breakfast is served is way too congested! I feel that it should have been put in another area, possibly the lobby of the inn, with more room. Better selection of food items could be offered.
It was a good value in the sense you get what you pay for. It served a purpose for rest and to clean up. Good location to Opryland and Opry Mills mall. Good food close by. Easy access to freeways.
The place is old. A newer TV would be nice. A remote that works and satellite that does not lock up or quit all together. Felt like it was not worth the effort to complain about it.
The wires were hanging out of the wall behind the nightstand. The water could nor be adjusted it was super hot and we would have to get out until it cooled down .It adjusted itself at random. The pool is in a horrible location attached to a bar and grill. The breakfast was a joke donuts that turned into powder when bitten into no selection what so ever. If your room is on the far back side near the Duke's of hazard museum good luck sleeping past 8 am they get that car out and rip it around the complex to warm it up then park it. We travel all over the world and have stayed more times than we can count but this by far is the worst place we have ever stayed in.
Nothing our room didn't get cleanef
The bed the TV the carpet the towels room service
Location - proximity to Opryland and fast food was good.
Not Clean - bathrooms nor hotel room in general. Hotel facility poorly maintained. Overpriced for quality of the facility.
The location of this hotel was perfect for our vacation. The staff was extremely nice and helpful.
This hotel needs a remodel. The beds were very uncomfortable. I would definately stay again if they would upgrade a few things
great location and clean rooms.
breakfast bar did not have a lot to offer.
