The bed was comfortable.

The buildling is torn up with framing on the first floor and construction stuff in the front and side. The room was very narrow with two queen beds and little space to walk between beds and chest of drawers. Two totally different bedspreads (which looked dirty), dingy room, bathroom had new tile floor and tiny pullman and the door wouldn't close because the toilet seat stuck out too far. I was afraid there were rats because it was so awful. We didn't spend time there, didn't even take a shower, just wanted to get out of the place. It was a 40/nt room and we paid $140+. I would never stay there again, never recommend it to anyone. My booking said wi-fi, cable, and continental breakfast, none of which was offered.

the easy access. The financial expense was the main reason I selected the fiesta. it was a one night stay. only needed a bed to sleep in. great parking and check in. had a good nights sleep.

the electrical plugs were the worst I have seen. very dangerous. Could cause a fire

Location for the Santa Barbara Walk for Breast Cancer...2nd time we've stayed there for that reason

Convenience to main town

Poor condition of bathroom. Surly staff. Barely acceptable place to stay. 'Breakfast' difficult due to closet in which it was located.

Shower head was very nice. Not that ecco friendly garbage. Bed was very confortable. Owners should consider spending a little money for paint and at the very least screens for the windows. Our room (#25) had not one screen and we had a wasp in the room apond entering . considering place has no A/C, screens would of been nice.But, pretty hard to beat price.

I appreciate the friendly, helpful and kind hotel night staff. He was very nice. The hotel is in a safe location with excellent dining all over the place. There are many restaurants with happy hours. There are movie theatres, museums, dance clubs, much more and of coarse, the fabulous beach all within easy walking distance of this nice hotel. On site parking lot is large. We had a wonderful stay. We would stay here again. Thank you so much.

No pool on site, but that's what the beach is for.

You need to take this property off your site. It was definitely one of the worst hotels we have ever stayed in. The picture on the internet is almost a lie. It is run down, dirty, cheesy, does not have an elevator to get to the third floor room (or so called suite) and should I continue. I will be yelping bad things about this hotel/suites, yeah...right... And about you guys having the balls to list it on your site. We will never use your site again. We would have gone elsewhere if there had been any other rooms in Santa Barbara.

Both Receptionists (check-in and check-out) were extremely helpful!They gave a lot of recommendations,and were really friendly!We received a service we expect in a 5-star hotel!!!Amazing!

No air-conditioning in the room and it really needs a full re-construction.

Rummet var fruktansvärt!!! Smutsigt! Trasiga möbler! Elektriska installationer hängande löst ut från väggen! Utlovad utsikt över pool var en grushög! frukosten en katastrof! Det var det värsta/sämsta boende som vi har haft under våra 35 år som gifta. Vi har klagat och krävt kompensation! Vi har foto som bekräfta ovanstående och vi kommer att gå vidare om vi inte får upprättelse

hôtel assez désuet, personel pas très agréable, pas pour plus d'une nuit

Pas très loin de State St. Un peu cher, mais c'est les prix de SB. Le petit déjeuner était très bien (toast, céréales, gaufres, etc...) Les chambres sont standard. Pas de première fraîcheur, mais c'est pas très important car c'était propre. Personnel jeune et sympa. (jouait doucement de la guitare dans à la réception!)

Les tables à l'extérieur, très sales et mériteraient d'être changées. La clim défectueuse (heureusement l'air marin suffit à rafraîchir le soir)

Preis/Leistung für Santa Barbara ok. 8 min Fahrt zum Strand und Pier von Santa Barbara Parkplätze vorhanden und auch Mini-Frühstück

Aber kein Kühlschrank oder Fön vorhanden.Und das hat man in Amerika eigentlich in jedem kleinem oder großen Hotel. Abends für 1 Stunde Stromausfall.

Vieilles chambres, beaucoup d'humidité, odeurs qui laissent a désirer. Un peu cher à mon gout.

I moved out after one night. My room was on 3rd floor, no elevator. The heat would not work in the room. Noisy, could here the people next door. Seems many people live in the hotel and had doors open as I walked by. Parking lot being torn up and construction on the facade.

I loved this place! The staff was excellent, courteous and helpful, ready to make my stay pleasant!

the room was awful. The closet was almost bigger than the bathroom and the toilet paper roll holder was duct-taped to the bench. Although relatively cheap, there's a reason for it. Not a great experience and glad we were only staying for one night.

1. Heater did not work, we froze the night we were there 2. Our room was closest to the street and we heard everything, more so because the windows were so worn they did not even close completely and left gaps from the actual frame
