Loved the proximity to the casino! Right next door. The breakfast options were wonderful.

The price and the bed
May 19, 2015
Our neighbors came home after 1;00 am and started banging on the wall and it sounded like they were moving furniture around.. Then the front desk called us at 2;15 and told us the people downstairs called and complained. Wasn't is.
It was a nice room big bed.

Although my room was a non-smoking room it definately smelled of smoke. The adjacent wall was a smoking room so the smell was very strong especially in the bathroom. Didn't feel comfortable ended up checking out and not staying.

The location was handy and the rooms were comfortable with a great TV

Cement walls and floors, horrible beds, the couch that practically sank to the floor when you sat in it, the mini fridge that hummed all night really loud, the holes in the comforters on both beds.......stick with the king suites they don't suck.
My previous visits weren't this bad. Staff were friendly.

the girl that checked us in had a terrible attitude and really made us not want to stay but we had already paid. she was rude and confrontational. we stayed there before and the other ladies were nice and polite but this one was terrible. the vending machines did not work but those two things were the only things we didn't appreciate.
the room was great, the location is good-close to I-5 but not close enough to hear the traffic. They have a really good breakfast in the morning

The hearing/ cooling device did not work. If the window was opened for air, the traffic noise was loud...I resorted to ear plugs to get some sleep. Also, as people walked down the hall, it sounded like they were in the room! Walls were thin.
Location was convenient. I asked for grab bars and they had a room equipped with them in the bathroom.

price and location

Under the bed there was piles of crumbs and a toy car. One of the headboards needed to be cleaned badly, it looked oily and had something that looked splattered on it! :/ Gross!
I liked the price and the bedding was clean.

The beds and pillows. The location across the street from the casino. Nice hot breakfast.

Great hotel for the value. Very clean!

A lot of traffic. Need to ask for room on backside of building to avoid traffic noise.
Older building, well updated. Across street from Emerald Queen Casino area.

There was sticky stuff in the drawers, couldn't put the clothes in there. First night had crazy guest next door complaining we were loud just bc we were outside smoking at 230 which we were NOT being loud but staff still yelled at us automatically taking their side.
The bed was really comfortable. Great water pressure in the shower. Nice clean rooms, would have liked to see the fully updated hardwood floor rooms but was still nice.

The beds were not very firm. The matttesses felt older and need to be replaced by ones with better support.

We had made advanced reservations several weeks ahead and we were asked to wait in the lobby for our room to be cleaned as they gave us rooms that had been long term used and very dirty. They weren't very accommodating in any way. Once we did get to our rooms they were satisfactory.

The heater was unreliable, sometimes hot, sometimes old. Furniture really outdated. Coffee maker on vanity counter with no outlet to plug in except of other side of counter. TV was unplugged which was discovered after trying numerous time with the remote to get in on.
Location and staff at morning breakfast.

If you really want to boost up your occupancy rate carter for foreigners or tourist group, you will need to provide convenience for them to go to the place of interests. You could provide a in house bus to offer city tour in Seattle. You could provide budget bus or van services to carry customers to the airport. You should provide a van or bus to carry passenger to a nearer subway station or bus terminal for them to get to Seattle city either free of charge or a small charges can be accepted. That will sure to increase your occupancy rate. Regards, Jeremy Yap

Desk clerk was extremely nice and helpful. Room was pristine, spacious, and quiet. Outstanding value for the money.

1. This is a motel, not an Inn. When the door to your room opens to the outside it is a motel. 2. There was a large transvestite party at the hotel and there was a lot of noise and fights. 3. Fridge in the room didn't work. When I checked to make sure it was plugged in, it wasn't. When I plugged it in it was really loud so I unplugged it again. 3. Air conditioner that drew air from outside was loud and also drew sound from outside. 4. Room was basically surfaced cleaned quickly. 5. WIFI is open network so the truck drivers who park in the lot next door get WIFI for free while it was so slow I couldn't use it. 6. I said something but there were no smoking rooms to change with so we just stayed. 7. Beds were actual springs, low quality with low thread count sheets. 8. There is another Quality Inn down the road from this one same name but much newer and much nicer. 9. "Casino" across the street is a smoke filled mess with a flavorless buffet for $15. Huge casino but not kept up, garbage in cans overfull and floor dirty.
Close to where I needed to be.

Horrible smell in room. It was over freshened with an strong chemical smell got worse when heat or air was turned on. No screens on windows, which I had to open due to smell. Some of the guests lifestyles were questionable.
Continental breakfast! Pillows. Close to event we attended. Front desk staff was friendly and accommodating. Was able to check in early by an hour and was put in a room away from rooms with families.
