Beautiful facility. Great staff. Close to all the action. Great spa. Outdoor space was amazing. Rooms were great. Will definitely return.
Beautiful grounds/pool/room. Unique! Love the outdoor seating areas w fire pits. Covered canopy beds poolside. Sand area beside pool. Kept our 2nd floor French doors open at night. Staff was friendly/helpful. Decor was incredible. Great common areas to sit/eat/drink. Rose the free bikes. Location was perfect. Loved this place!
Only only only thing I can say here is that it is expensive. But we chose an expensive time-it was Valentines and Presidents day weekend.
The pool and outdoor deck was beautiful and well maintained. All the staff was friendly and helpful. Nice upgrades to the lobby and fireplace. Would definitely stay here again.
The resort was clean, friendly and offered services we found helpful like a free shuttle to area attractions.
We visited from Utah and were hoping for a warmer climate. Unfortunately the staff was unable to change to weather to fit our needs ;).
Gorgeous property, located within walking distance of old Scottsdale, friendly staff and good shuttle.
WiFi was difficult to access. In my opinion, if I'm staying at a SWANK resort, I shouldn't have to pay additional for excellent WiFi. Just make it free, make it GOOD and increase the cost of the room by $10. I just want it to be easy. It was almost impossible to access, the site was fussy about the quality of the password! unbelievable!!!
Resort fee was unclear and not part of Booking.com upfront disclosure. They said it was for internet and parking, but i could have purchased internet for half the fee and parking was not optional. A scam.
Beautiful lobby, friendly staff, heated pool, sandy beach for kids, fire pit for smores
Didn't clean our room...called and requested it be clean later in the dy while we were gone. It never was cleaned. Was told refrigerated was cleaned out and it wasn't. Couldn't unload our cooler until they came and cleaned it out.
We really liked the room - it was clean and comfortable. The grounds were very nice. All of the staff were truly accommodating. We ordered breakfast and it was delicious. We will definitely return for another staycation. We live in Gilbert, Arizona - 18 miles away.
My husband called ahead and had the Concierge order 3 dozen roses for me. They were beautiful when we arrived but died within 3 days.
Location Pool Area Fire Pits
No Coffee Making facilities in the room
The facilities are fabulous. The pools, the fire pits, the landscaping (ficus and palm trees), the chaise lounges (some are doubles enclosed with curtains), the engineered stone fireplace, and the grounds are beautiful and superbly maintained. The king bed and pillows were very comfortable and the split-vanity bathroom area is convenient for two.
Building 200 is several feet below grade, so our first-floor "lagoon view" patio did not have a view of anything but dirt, two bushes, and some tree trunks. (The manager was fair enough to give us a rebate when we pointed this out.) The "basement" room was very dark (only half the wall was a sliding glass door) so we had to keep the curtain open and all 6 lamps to see our way around, even during the day. Our flat king-size sheet (remade bed for four nights) had holes in it. The single glass pane in the shower door was fixed in place, so you had to turn on the water from the back of the shower, jump out (it started cold), then reach in and adjust the water, sometimes jump out again to readjust the temperature. I would definitely ask for a second-floor room with balcony, since it may be more airy and light! Had to buy my own power strip to accommodate our laptop and phone chargers at the desk.
Location Shuttle vehicle
Shady pool area
Well located property with an excellent staff and restaurant.
FireSky is close to everything you want to see in Scottsdale - great shopping and restaurants, museums and golf are at your fingertips. Parking is not a problem.
location and layout
too expensive and missed not having a bath
Bed. - Swimming area. -Restaurant. - Lobby area- all the staff!
Shower head. - bad water pressure in room. - water took very long time to get warm never really hot. Bigger refrigerator would be nice.
The hotel staff were very helpful and friendly. They offered coffee/lemonade in the morning and happy hour from 5-6 which was very nice. The hotel also provided a list if items that can be requested for use if one forgot to pack it. Overall we loved our stay and will definitely come back.
We got bitten by Mosquitos around the pool area likely due to the rain we had during our stay. However, it was not a big deal. We loved the pools!
Staff were very pleasant esp the guys on front of house. Very helpful and knowledgeable. Helpful to have transport to places to eat and not worry about drinking. Bed was comfortable and good storage for clothes
Large conference delegations who took over the main lounges and lobby with the noise level very high at times. First impressions on walking to room with the long corridors was like a motel and not a better class hotel. Lighting in bedroom was very dark. No bedside table with drawers just a huge block of wood - African style. Not very practical.
The shuttle bus which will take you anywhere in the vecinity - much more convenient than a taxi (though as you tip, about the same price)
Hospitality of the staff and all the things to do there.
the heat. LOL
The grounds and amenities are fantastic. Location is great for some shopping and for Old Scottsdale. Very relaxed atmosphere and the pools are lovely. The restaurant has good variety and healthy choices that cater to dietary needs.
The gym only has on weight machine and a set of free weights. The rest is cardio, cardio and more cardio. And the hallway of my building smelled faintly of pet urine. However that smell was very faint and didn't make its way into my room at all. Minor inconveniences at best. The place is great.
Hotel was old and the wing we stayed in smelled like an old hotel. There was a old smokey smell to it. The shower was HORRIBLE. Hardly any water coming out.
The resort was beautiful. We had a great, relaxing, romantic time. The Taggia restaurant was also very good. Staff was accommodating and attentive.
The pool area was very nice. It was like an oasis. easy quick accessible parking.
The pool was very busy. lots of kids. The beer in the hotel from local Four Peaks brewing was definitely expired.
