Porch swings and rockers were wonderful. Landscaping was superb. Breakfast was good each day.

Wifi was a little weak but it did work.

Everything, this B&B is a vacation paridise. Staff was very attentive, room was comfortable and very clean. Breakfast was awesome 5 days, everyday different and better options. Afternoon wine social was a great way to wind down after a day at the beach and before dinner. AAA++++

    nothing, all was superior.

It was peaceful and family friendly. Me and my 11 tear old daughter both loved it. We will be back.

    There was nothing to dislike.

It was quiet, which was surprising given how busy and congested Nag's Head is. Very convenient to the beach. The staff was very friendly.

We enjoyed the charm of the inn , breakfast was great , afternoon wine and snack. Was a sweet addition . The staff was always very friendly and always ready to be helpful in anyway. We truly enjoyed our 3 night stay and will definitely return!

Quaint, spotless and lovely b&b right on the outer banks. Did not expect it to be as nice as it was, having found it online fairly last minute. Lovely breakfast and surprise of "tea" or wine and cheese in the afternoon! Free beach chairs and umbrellas were especially appreciated. We'll be back.

wifi very slow but might have been a server problem. Not a big deal as we weren't there to work.

I liked the look and feel of the Inn, it had an old time charm that is all but gone from beach vacations. The location was good too, it was in a good location from everything we wanted; beach, local resturants, shopping, and attractions. I liked there were chair and umbrellas for beach use.

    Not enough umbrellas.

the comfortable atmosphere, the excellent suite accomodations, the afternoon wine parties, and the wonder-ful breakfasts.

The fact that we couldn't stay longer.

The location...4 min to the beach was great. The staff was warm, friendly and went out of their way to our stay wonderful; even a new employee(Paula) of one week! We really liked the relaxed breakfast schedule. Many B&bs give you a narrow window...show up or else. We also loved the afternoon "Tea." It fostered interaction among the guests that was great...We Will Be Back.

Tea time every day! They have beach towels, chairs, and umbrellas for guest use! Our room was quiet, we didn't hear our neighbors much at all.

Our room on the third floor (Room 19) felt like a musty attic room with poor airflow, which it kind of is. But, it was very clean and the room's cooling unit had a 'dry' setting which ran constantly.

Typical and historical house Nice property Good staff Good size bedroom

Located on the highway, between two roads very noisy and busy in summer! The bad location is ruining a little the spirit of that house.

The room was not as shown on their website, mismatched furniture and in unit coffee pot was on a shelf so small that if you touched it the wrong way it would fall, chairs were damp and dirty with a big dirty spot of a person's head. Have stayed at Holiday Inn with better room. Also, someone's meds was on the floor.

Location Size of the room good service Great brakfast

Dresser in our room was old and musty smelling. I would change it out with an antique reproduction model. Wouyld not put our clothes in it due to the musty odor.

Great ambiance. Refreshing change from the "sterile" feeling of the big chains.

Cute property, great breakfast, comfortable beds. Even though it was a long walk to the beach, the grounds were beautiful and the walkway to the water was very well maintained. I've stayed here before and will stay here again.

My room was kind of old, no Wi Fi to speak of - even though the desk clerk told me what the code supposedly was, there was no internet. The outside lights being on all night was a huge problem because the blinds did not keep the light out.

It was exactly what we expected - charming place, nice people. It just can get noosy - close/ on a major thruway. But most hotels in the Outer Banks would have that problem.
