I choose this place as it was close to the hospital, so l could walk to visit my daughter. The apt was clean and large and the staff, went out of their way to be helpful and accomadating. They even drive and pick you up from the grocery store. You cannot beat that as l did not have a car. I would recommend this hotel to anyone The area is older, but ok

The staff are very accommodating and friendly. Great value! Nothing. The facilities are a bit dated. However, for what we paid for. Totally worth while.

Comfortable and clean accommodation. Helpful staff. Lack of tea and coffee making requirements in room. Information on bus timetables and bus numbers which service the First Hill area.lp

Location This place is a dump. Dreary, broken-down, beds awful, "linens" rags, no glasses, incredible noise from upstairs, keys took many tries before they would work. Tv worked fine. Now, I don't mind a dump if I am paying the right price. But I was charged at least double what this place is worth. Someone is making an unwarranted bundle.

Large rooms, quiet area. Too hot in rooms- one little fan for 2 rooms. Pillows were as flat as pancakes.

There was an odor and the carpets were still wet from being cleanned. The second room contained uncomfortable furniture and an extremely soft bed. The windows were not secure and if I were on the ground level could easily be broken into. The room was not sound proof.

We did not stay due to the facility NOT being as advertised. This is the second time I have written about this and I have called your customer service. The issue is NOT resolved from my point of view. You took the word of the apartment manager and did not follow through with what Karen said she would do. Karen said she would try to get my money refunded and that she would contact me by Tuesday (6/19), neither has happened. At this point I would not use or recommend Bookings.com or anything associated with it. Michele Keely They are not as advertised. I booked 2 bedrooms with a queen bed in each. They had one loft room with 2 twins, 1 open room to the sitting area with 2 twins. The parking was so difficult to enter that my car bottemed out, and the manager admitted that the cars do hit upon entering. The stove was greasy and the furniture was exceedingly worn.

Fairly close to where we wanted to be. Kitchen and separate living room were nice. Free local calling and wifi also good. Mattress was pretty creaky, apt was pretty stuffy, old windows difficult to lock and to open.

Conveniences to Safeco Field with the type of accommodation requested. We arrived just after 3 pm, the check-in time. Upon going to our room, the maid service was still cleaning up. It was another 10-15 minutes before we could get into the room, delaying slightly our departure for the ball park to see the Mariners game.

Nothing...It was horrible, needed to be updated, and needs air conditioning. The staff was curtious and responsive, but hotel was awful! There was nothing I liked. It needs full length mirrors, air- conditioning, internet that functions and a whole new renovation. Awfully loud, and very hot stuffy rooms. Never would I stay here again, nor would I reccommend it to anyone!

Vennlig personal. Rolig.

Location Hallways were poorly lit with dirty carpets. The furniture in the room was not nice enough to earn paying $100 per night.

Friendly accommodating manager (did not see anyone else for the 3 days) I enjoyed having a whole "apartment" to have breakfast in, keep leftovers in the fridge, have more floor space for exercise. My room faced the courtyard and was noisy at night, but when I changed to other side of building was fine. It is an interesting set up- hybrid between hotel and apartment. It was basic but adequate- nothing fancy. I think about $20 a night overpriced more than value.
