Score from 600 reviews Excellent
walking distance to downtown. guy at the desk was helpful. relaxed check-in/out procedure. well sized rooms.
floors where not vacuumed very well. wifi was temperamental. parking costs extra.
I like the room looks clean.
The smell of the bathroom and hallway is stinky. The parking is narrow.
The beds were hard The place had an odd smell Lots noise from airplanes
Spacious and comfortable apartment, within walking distance to city center, small grocery store close by. Staff was very friendly. WIFI was working fine. Perferct for groups >2 so you can eat and meet and kitchen or living room.
Bathroom was a bit tiny for 4 people. Soap and sponges in the kitchen would have been nice for doing the dishes.
Given the very high prices of hotels in Seattle this is an affordable alternatieve for families.
IT wasn't clean. The taxi shuttle bus only operaties during weekdays and on certain times to the conventionele Centre. We thought we booked a two bedroom appartment but the appartment is more a open studio with two sleeping sections.
The location is good
the carpet in the apartment was not clean at all.
all is nice!
parking; location (definitely); Wi-Fi option; privacy, security;
not real clean sheets; garage door right underneath window; nobody there for early checkouts
The beds were very comfortable.
I would have liked air conditioning.
I enjoyed leaving
The blood stains in the carpet, the people who worked there, the locks on the doors, it was horrible.
Shuttle bus into town Location
Kitchen equipment was very basic and in some cases not clean Some areas of the apartment were shabby - curtains falling off Public areas very smelly
Went with some mates for The International and needed someplace cheap. First Hill offered the lowest price for my party size outside of getting multiple rooms at a Super 8, and far exceeded our expectations for what we paid. Clean, quiet, good living space in general for a week-long stay. Parking was nice, the staff obliged our extremely late evening check-in time, and it was easy to move about the city at any time of day.
Wi-Fi was pretty bad, though we didn't opt for the in-room router which likely contributed to that. In our vehicle, which is relatively low to the ground, the incline to enter and leave the provided parking garage was so steep that we bottomed out on the way out each day.
1. Close to downtown.
1. Some smell in the room. 2. No tea or coffee supplies in the room. 3. The reach of their shuttle service is very limited, basically within walking distance.
Location is the only positive.
Seriously over priced.
The price was decent and the distance from downtown was within about 1.5 miles.
During a 4 night stay there was no maid service at all. These are very dated apartments with basic amenities in a rough neighbourhood.
Location is close to downtown and easy public transit access. Very spacious apartment and good value for the area you're in.
The surrounding area seems a bit sketchy and the apartment was very tired... on the verge of shabby. The carpet and couches were badly stained. However, the bathroom and kitchen were quite clean.
The price was good and the apartment was larger than we expected. We didn't use the kitchen but there were sufficient utensils if we wanted to cook.
The bed was not very comfortable and there were no extra blankets for sleeping on the couch. The drapes in the bedroom did not close completely so once the sun was up we were too. The apartment had a slight odor and we finally figured out it was incense.
Being a half mile from downtown was a plus
The shower smelled moldy and the carpet was disgusting. The beds were not comfortable at all.
The location is great. There is secure parking for $10 per day. Friendly helpful staff and shuttle service to downtown.
We stayed in the two bedroom apartment and the smaller room had two twin beds that are very thin - probably youth beds - not really good for adults. The kitchen did not have much in it. We asked for additional glasses, bowls and a knife, which the staff did bring to us. The furnishings are old and worn and a bit like a dorm.
Secure Parking at $10pn. Very helpful and polite staff. Bathroom and Kitchen towels were nearly new (2014).
Area being near alcoholics home - going out on foot after dark not sensible. Kitchen not equipped properly for 4 people - some things for 3; others for 5! Carpets stained, curtains with holes, bathroom worn and stained - overall in dire need of refurbishment.
The location is not bad for walking down hill to city centre... about 15-20 min. The front desk fellow is polite.
The cost after taxes is just over $200 CDN. It's not worth it for a couple. Parking is limited on the streets, also streets are narrow. We paid $10 for the underground parking. It's a one bedroom apt, it is dated, walls need a wipe down... the carpet has stains. Furniture looks dirty.
We appreciate the proximity to Swedish Hospital and the medical discount. very helpful at a stressful time
Single beds in loft were very hard, especially for a person with back problems and another person recovering from surgery.
If you want extra space (rooms) and amenities (kitchen) then this is a great option. I booked it for my parents and they said the bed was comfy and it was surprisingly quiet. They said they'd stay here again.
If you're looking to be super close to downtown or you want something fancy then this isn't it.
Close to Harbor view Medical and good bars and restaurants
No air conditioning
