It's well located, closed parking, good internet.

the location is hard to finding a lttle and a little expensive...

The apt. Was very dirty. Right after we checked in the staff left for the night. When we got to the room I took my shoes off. I stepped in something wet and sticky in the kitchen. Really gross. It had not been dusted. We had tried to walk from train station and gotten lost. When I called the hotel for help he just wanted to know how much longer we would be. Over all not a great experience.

The bed and rooms were clean and comfortable. No extras but enough stuff to have a nice stay.

The view and location

It was great. Basically a small apartment. Kitchen w/dining table, living room, bedroom, bathroom. Utensils for cooking, microwave, coffee maker. Nice view of Cascades even.

Coffee carafe was missing but I just used a coffee cup instead and that worked fine. Do be aware this is an apartment-like setting so be prepared to pick up coffee, sugar and other basics.
Its a very quiet and clean one bedroom apartment that was simply but nicely furnished--everything is basic and simple but fine quality and the bed was very comfortable and clean. The staff was especially helpful and I really appreciated the speed of the wi-fi and their willingness to let me work in their business lounge area for several hours after checking out and printing what I needed. Flowers outside are beautiful and it is a pretty 15 minute walk to downtown Seattle.

The apartment could use an update, but it didn't bother us. The water in the shower didn't drain fast enough. Also, the clerk at the market by our apartment warned us not to talk to anyone near the treatment center or to walk by with our alcohol because they might try and talk to us and then won't leave you alone. I got worried, but we didn't have any problems the entire time we were there.
Great space and great location to get around Seattle. Uber cost us an average $6-8 to get to the stadium and the Space Needle. The apartment was a great size for 2 couples. The pictures don't do the place justice it looks better in person.

I have a pretty sensitive allergy to dustmites and the room destroyed my face. The carpet could really be changed and I found some surfaces that hadn't been dusted for awhile. Opening all of the windows helped a bit, but I won't be staying here in the future due to that reason. My friend didn't have a problem with this, though. Another funny thing (which didn't bother me much, but is worth mentioning) is that we got a room with two queen size beds... But mine was actually two twin beds pushed together. Heh. So, you might want to double check what your bed really is if that matters to you.
Very spacious loft apartment and the full kitchen was amazeballs. Cheap parking, nice neighborhood, short walk to the Washington Convention Center.

Very dated, felt dirty, couldn't control heat. Hallways wee stifling hot, room very hot.. Very old box tv. Bed was covered in plastic, very hard and old. Expensive for what you got

The room was not as clean as it should have been. Could use very thorough cleaning and new carpet.
The courtyard was very pleasant since the weather was beautiful. The price was reasonable and off street parking was available. The office personnel were polite & friendly. The shuttle service was very convenient.

The price was expensive

Trying to get back - in the dark. No 10th Street signs. Good thing my sister had map on her phone!
Space - we weren't bumping into each other

Kitchen had no dish soap, no sponge, no napkins or paper towels. The room was never checked by housekeeping so we ran out of toilet paper.
5-block walk to Harborview for daily appointments. Convenience of kitchen.

Felt like it could have been a little cleaner, it wasn't the worst I've been in by any means. It didn't feel dirty, just like a few more minutes could have been spent.
The room/suite was very spacious. The Free Wifi worked Flawlessly Full sized kitchen and fridge. Secure parking with remote to open gate. Convenient neighborhood close to just about everything.

Good location, extremely soft bed!

The bed was like sleeping on plywood.
Great location, secure parking garage, huge nice place for two couples to stay 2 bedroom 2 bathroom, living room and kitchen.

very hard to access. the beds were horrible. it is an low rent apartment, not a hotel/motel. thank god it was only one night.
October 12, 2014
Key that wouldn't work without great effort. Staff finally gave me an older key that worked. Door to stairs was broken. No air conditioning.
Location to Virginia Mason Hospital and helpful staff. Shuttle was useful.
October 8, 2014
Lack of eatting options close to apartment. No air conditioning.
The parking. A large roomy apartment. Laundry facilities were good.

The only draw back was that there was only a 2 seater sofa in the lounge, which for an apartment capable of accommodating 4 people was not sufficient. The desk was also late opening on a couple of days over the weekend.
the general state of the apartment was good and we did not have any problems.

But the beds are something out of a back pain horror movie. Actually like sleeping on concrete... With a blanket and sheets.
Staff was super helpful whenever we needed them. Location was not terrible if you don't mind walking a fair bit.

The hallways and apartment had an odd odor. Opening the windows in the apartment helped but the hallway was bad. It really needed some attention to paint and there was something, I think the fridge, would make this awful banging sound about every 30mins or so. It would startle me every time.
I was dropping my child off at Seattle University which was literally one block away. That helped reduce the stress of moving day. Surprisingly the neighborhood was quiet even though it was located in a college area. I really appreciated the secure parking.

The beds were extremely poor and the room was very basic. Half of our cable channels didn't work and there was a bit of a musty smell to the place. Was traveling with some buddies to watch the football game and it was ok for that but I would never bring my family or kids there.
The location is decent as it is fairly close to Pike St, Seattle U and not a bad walk from the stadium. It is however at the top of a very steep hill so bring some good shoes. And to be honest, the price was decent and that is the main reason we picked it.
