very hard to access. the beds were horrible. it is an low rent apartment, not a hotel/motel. thank god it was only one night.
Location to Virginia Mason Hospital and helpful staff. Shuttle was useful.
Key that wouldn't work without great effort. Staff finally gave me an older key that worked. Door to stairs was broken. No air conditioning.
The parking. A large roomy apartment. Laundry facilities were good.
Lack of eatting options close to apartment. No air conditioning.
the general state of the apartment was good and we did not have any problems.
The only draw back was that there was only a 2 seater sofa in the lounge, which for an apartment capable of accommodating 4 people was not sufficient. The desk was also late opening on a couple of days over the weekend.
Staff was super helpful whenever we needed them. Location was not terrible if you don't mind walking a fair bit.
But the beds are something out of a back pain horror movie. Actually like sleeping on concrete... With a blanket and sheets.
I was dropping my child off at Seattle University which was literally one block away. That helped reduce the stress of moving day. Surprisingly the neighborhood was quiet even though it was located in a college area. I really appreciated the secure parking.
The hallways and apartment had an odd odor. Opening the windows in the apartment helped but the hallway was bad. It really needed some attention to paint and there was something, I think the fridge, would make this awful banging sound about every 30mins or so. It would startle me every time.
The location is decent as it is fairly close to Pike St, Seattle U and not a bad walk from the stadium. It is however at the top of a very steep hill so bring some good shoes. And to be honest, the price was decent and that is the main reason we picked it.
The beds were extremely poor and the room was very basic. Half of our cable channels didn't work and there was a bit of a musty smell to the place. Was traveling with some buddies to watch the football game and it was ok for that but I would never bring my family or kids there.
Location, apartment layout and wifi
The apartment was unbearably hot witty south-facing windows the length of tha apartment. The curtains were inadequate to keep the sun out.
Comfort, Good price
Parking available on street Close to downtown and Capital Hill
I arrived at 7 pm. Hotel is locked after 5 pm. I had to call the manager and it took him 10 minutes to get to the hotel to let me in. Also, no check out possible before 8 am. I had to leave key on front desk and call for receipt. Hotel (esp. the stairways) has a very strong and strange smells of feces. Kitchen and furniture out-dated. Most of them looked like they are from the 70 or 80s. I paid a pretty steep price for such a terrible hotel.
- Location was close to Seattle University - Under building parking was convenient since there was no street parking available - WiFi worked well
- Old/Cheap pressboard furniture that was falling apart - Old, thread bare rug - Glass shower door fell out of slider when opened the first time - Dirty linoleum floors in bathroom - Baseboards broken and falling apart
If you want to be near downtown Seattle, this place is close (less than a mile).
Stains everywhere: carpet, couches, etc. Junky, used old furniture. There is not one nice thing to say really. It's awful.
Location and Staff
Wet carpets, no sheet, no blanket Not clean, cigarette burn on floor
Location is good
The kitchen was very dirty when we arrived. There was dried in food on counter top. The kitchen cabinet doors grimey. Inside the cabinets was filthy. No cleaning products were provided.
The mattresses were plastic and the bedding shabby and worn. Everything was old and in need if serious updating. No air conditioning. Definitely not worth the money we spent. The neighbourhood seemed sketchy when we walked back after watching a sporting event.
The apartment was spacious and comfortable. It included all the amenities for living including floor fans for summer (which I help me sleep as I'm used to fans). I especially found the Wifi very fast and reliable and the staff exceptional.
If you don't have a car as I did, it is too far from grocery stores, restaurants, and downtown was at least a fifteen minute walk.
needed to be a bit updated. a little worn out
The kitchen and overall size of the room was OK, and the price was reasonable. Everything worked
The neighborhood is problematic, but general location is good. I had to pay for parking, which was not clear when I made the reservation. The bathtub is old-style and very uncomfortable.
Parking and bed to much poor
walking distance to downtown. guy at the desk was helpful. relaxed check-in/out procedure. well sized rooms.
floors where not vacuumed very well. wifi was temperamental. parking costs extra.
I like the room looks clean.
The smell of the bathroom and hallway is stinky. The parking is narrow.
The beds were hard The place had an odd smell Lots noise from airplanes
Spacious and comfortable apartment, within walking distance to city center, small grocery store close by. Staff was very friendly. WIFI was working fine. Perferct for groups >2 so you can eat and meet and kitchen or living room.
Bathroom was a bit tiny for 4 people. Soap and sponges in the kitchen would have been nice for doing the dishes.
Given the very high prices of hotels in Seattle this is an affordable alternatieve for families.
IT wasn't clean. The taxi shuttle bus only operaties during weekdays and on certain times to the conventionele Centre. We thought we booked a two bedroom appartment but the appartment is more a open studio with two sleeping sections.
The location is good
the carpet in the apartment was not clean at all.
